Auditoria.AI builds agentic AI for the Office of the CFO, giving corporate finance teams autonomous digital teammates that take on the repetitive work of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial planning and analysis. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Santa Clara, California, the company was started by chief executive and co-founder Rohit Gupta, who previously founded the cloud security firm Palerra and sold it to Oracle, where he had earlier led identity and access management product work.

The platform pairs two families of agents. SmartBots handle transactional finance work from end to end, ingesting purchase order backed and non purchase order invoices in any format, language, or currency, then classifying, matching, coding, and routing them, chasing collections and dunning, onboarding and monitoring vendors, and answering supplier and customer inquiries by email, portal, or phone. SmartResearch is a conversational finance analyst that pulls from live financial data and returns decision ready answers about cash position, payment trends, and vendor behavior, with no query language, analyst, or week long wait required.

Auditoria runs inside the systems finance teams already use rather than sitting beside them. It is a founding member of Workday's Agent Partner Network with certified Agent System of Record integration, and it also connects to Oracle Cloud ERP, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and ServiceNow through hardened application programming interfaces. Every agent operates within the company's Governed Autonomy framework, which lets agents act on their own inside enterprise defined boundaries, adapt as policies change, and produce a defensible audit trail for every action rather than pausing for human approval at each step.

Security is built around full tenant data isolation, bring your own key encryption, comprehensive access control, threat protection, and encryption of data in motion and at rest. The company reports processing billions of dollars in collections and invoicing each year across more than three hundred languages and currencies, and counts finance teams at Brown and Brown, Denny's, Freshworks, Secureworks, and Blackbaud among its customers. Auditoria raised a 38 million dollar Series B round and has been recognized on the CB Insights Fintech 100 and the Gartner Hype Cycle for AI in Finance.
