Adopt AI

Adopt AI is a no code agent builder that turns existing applications and manual processes into autonomous AI agents. Founded in 2024 and based in San Jose, the company emerged from stealth in 2025 with a six million dollar seed round led by Elevation Capital. Its founders, Deepak Anchala and Rahul Bhattacharya, previously built the sales intelligence platform Slintel, which was acquired by 6sense in 2021, and the team draws AI engineers from Microsoft and Google. Adopt AI targets business to business and consumer applications with complex workflows in sectors like banking, healthcare, and enterprise technology.

The platform has two faces. As an agent experience layer, its Agent Builder automatically learns an application by fetching its programming interfaces, content, entities, and tools, then auto generates a suite of actions, including create, read, update, and delete operations, navigation, and analytical actions, all driven by natural language. As an operations layer, teams describe a process in plain language and Adopt AI breaks it into steps and runs it end to end across systems, from gathering data to updating systems and generating outputs, on a schedule, on an event trigger, or on demand.

Its most distinctive capability is Application Use, which lets agents operate software the same way a person does, navigating interfaces, extracting data, and taking action across systems that do not connect to each other, including legacy applications with no public interfaces. This means Adopt AI can automate across enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, vendor portals, and internal tools without requiring any system to be rebuilt or replaced, and it runs on a customer's own infrastructure with flexible deployment options.

Adopt AI positions itself against robotic process automation platforms, UiPath, Workato, and Microsoft Copilot Studio, arguing that it delivers action coverage without months of implementation. Teams keep control through step level review, exception approvals, and production controls, with monitoring and observability across agent runs. Real world use cases span tax credit automation, accounting, freight rate management, customs declarations, and demand forecasting, where workflows that once took days now complete in minutes. As a young platform, its security certifications and testing tooling are not yet publicly detailed.
