How the 984 vendors split
No public evidence means the reviewed sources did not document the capability. On this index that is a statement about the evidence, not proof that the capability is absent. See methodology.
What counts as full coverage
Full coverage means the agent can be started by something other than a person typing, and can reach the buyer where work already happens. Partial usually means one surface, most often a chat window inside the vendor's own product, with no event triggers and no way into email or a team channel.
How to read these numbers
Customer support at 79 percent, voice at 78 percent and SRE and DevOps at 78 percent lead, and all three are categories where the trigger is the product: a ticket arrives, a phone rings, an alert fires. Coding at 24 percent and browser at 18 percent trail because those agents are still summoned by a person at a keyboard. The practical read is that this axis predicts whether an agent becomes part of an operation or stays a tool somebody remembers to open, and that distinction usually decides whether the pilot renews.

Questions buyers ask
What counts as a trigger?
Anything that starts an agent without a person prompting it: a schedule, a webhook, an inbound message, a CRM update, an inbox rule or a monitoring alert.
Is channel coverage the same as integrations?
No. Integrations are what an agent can act on. Channels are where the agent meets people. A platform can write to fifty systems and still only be reachable inside its own console.
Why do coding agents score low here?
Because they are invoked in an editor or a terminal by a developer. Event triggered runs in continuous integration are growing, and that is the specific thing to look for if you want autonomous coding work.
