Tellius

Data analyst agent

Agentic analytics platform whose AI analyst, Kaiya, reasons across warehouse metrics and unstructured evidence in one governed workflow. Agent Mode plans and executes multi-step analysis (cohort, variance decomposition, root cause, causality) without manual setup, while Missions run always-on: define an objective once and Kaiya monitors data, investigates changes, and delivers finished outputs on schedule. Purpose-built configurable agents cover revenue monitoring or compliance, Kaiya Architect builds governed semantic layers conversationally, and why-analysis surfaces key drivers with behind-the-data summaries. Four-time Gartner Visionary; PepsiCo and eBay customers.

ThoughtSpot (Spotter)

Data analyst agent

Agentic AI analyst from the search-driven BI pioneer: Spotter breaks a business question into sub-questions, reasons through each step, checks its own work, and summarizes findings with best-fit visualizations and suggested follow-ups, across structured and unstructured data. Accuracy and explainability rest on a patented search token architecture and agentic semantic layer, with row-level security, role-based controls, and human-in-the-loop verification built in. Joined December 2025 by SpotterViz (dashboards), SpotterModel (governed semantic models with review-and-approve), and SpotterCode (IDE code generation). Embeddable via web API and SDK.

Methodology

How we collect and verify data

The Agentic Index draws on independent research across 892 agentic AI vendors. Feature coverage is assessed from public documentation, product pages, and analyst materials. Support levels are rated Full, Partial, No / Not documented, or Unknown — where Unknown means evidence was insufficient in reviewed public sources, not that the capability is absent.
