Entry priceFree plan, then Automation AI Basic from $14.99 a month on annual billing. Orchestration is quoted.Full pricing detail

Swedish AI automation company whose Automation AI builds, runs and repairs workflows from plain English, and whose Automation Orchestration gives one control plane over RPA robots and AI agents from UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere and others.

Turbotic AB, founded in Stockholm in 2020 by chief executive Theo Bergqvist, began in enterprise RPA and now sells AI automation software alongside a practice that discovers, builds and runs automations for clients. Automation AI turns a plain English request into a running workflow, Automation Orchestration sits above the robots and agents a company already runs, and the Turbotic AI Assistant helps teams plan automation work, document processes and summarize meetings. Automation AI went on general sale in November 2025, after more than 1,000 beta users had tried it.

In Automation AI a user describes the job, such as sending a welcome email a day after a new HubSpot lead arrives, and the AI asks for whatever it lacks, like API keys, timing or preferences, then writes the workflow as code with its triggers, conditions and actions. The user reviews each step on a visual canvas, runs a live test with a log of every step, edits by chat or in a code editor with version history, and publishes the automation to run on a schedule or an event.

Credentials sit in environment variables, any service with an API can be connected, and an autopilot mode spots errors and rewrites the automation while it runs. Beside the code it writes, Turbotic sells browser automation for jobs that cross APIs and browser tasks. Automation Orchestration gives an automation center of excellence one view across RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere, AI agents on any framework or model, and workflows, tracking performance, failures, cost and behavior, ranking anomalies, grouping errors by category and showing license use against potential savings.

Automation AI has public pricing. A free plan covers up to 100 executions and three automations, Basic starts at $14.99 a month and Pro at $79.99 a month on annual billing, with execution and chat allowances that rise by tier, and Enterprise is quoted with unlimited automations, an SLA and an on premises option. The AI Assistant costs $25 per seat a month with 1,500 credits, and Orchestration is sold through sales. Turbotic holds ISO 27001 certification and a SOC 2 Type II report, and its cloud hosting region is not public.

Turbotic fits a mid market or enterprise team that wants business users to build automations by describing them, or an automation center of excellence that needs one view of robots and agents spread across several RPA vendors, often with Turbotic's own consultants alongside. It fits less well a team that wants prebuilt agents or templates to start from, since Automation AI builds everything from a prompt, or a buyer who wants to read the product documentation before a sales call, since the docs sit behind a sign in.

Integrations

Automation AI connects to any service with an API, guiding the user to the keys it needs and storing them as environment variables, with HubSpot, Airtable, Google Sheets, Outlook and other email platforms, Jira, ServiceNow and UiPath among the named connections. Automation Orchestration sits above RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere, AI agents built on any framework or model, and workflows and integrations, including hybrid AI and RPA automations. Turbotic's managed service also runs automations on Power Automate.

In practice

A sales operations lead wants every new HubSpot lead to get a personal welcome email a day later. She types the request into Automation AI, adds the HubSpot and email keys it asks for, checks the steps on the canvas, runs a test and publishes it.

A daily news digest breaks when a source changes its format. Autopilot mode spots the error, rewrites the failing step and keeps the morning run going.

A managed service provider runs client automations on UiPath and Automation Anywhere. Automation Orchestration shows performance, failures and license use across both in one view, so the team can see which licenses sit idle.

A finance team documents its month end process before automating it. The Turbotic AI Assistant turns workshop conversations into process documentation and meeting summaries with action items.

Integrations & Tool Calling Full

Automation AI connects to any service with an API. When a request needs an outside system, the AI asks for the key, explains where to find it and stores it as an environment variable, and the finished workflow then reads and writes in that system, adding a lead to Airtable or a CRM, sending an email or calling OpenAI.

HubSpot, Airtable, Google Sheets, Outlook and other email platforms, Jira, ServiceNow and UiPath are among the services it works with, and each integration is code Automation AI writes for that service's API rather than a maintained connector. Automation Orchestration reaches across UiPath, Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere robots and agents built on any framework, and when a failure is critical it opens the incident in ServiceNow, Jira or a similar service management tool without waiting for a person. The Turbotic AI Assistant connects to more than 200 business systems for the data it works on.

Workflow Orchestration Full

From one request, Automation AI writes a multistep workflow with its trigger, conditions, delays and actions, such as waiting 24 hours after a new lead before sending an email, and runs it on Turbotic's own service. Users can change the logic by chat or edit nodes and code by hand, with version history kept. Automation Orchestration coordinates robots, AI agents and workflows across vendors from one control plane, including hybrid automations that pass work between AI and RPA. How Orchestration decides which robot or agent takes a job is not spelled out.

Knowledge Grounding & RAG Partial

The Turbotic AI Assistant works on data a team uploads from any enterprise system, SaaS application or data source, and keeps conversations and material in shared workspaces, where it turns them into process documentation. Automation AI keeps files beside each automation in its dashboard and reads whatever a workflow fetches on each run. Neither keeps an index of company knowledge that an automation searches as it works, so grounding comes from what a team uploads or a workflow fetches at run time.

Human Oversight & Guardrails Partial

Automation AI includes team collaboration and approval flows for automations, and the user reviews each generated step on a visual canvas before publishing.

Turbotic's governance work sets human in the loop and escalation points, approval points, intervention rights and stop conditions for each process, and the platform enforces them where the automations run, with agents acting only within approved policies, permissions and operating modes.

Turbotic's agent platform promises approval gates on the way from test to production and an AI supervisor that flags drift or unsafe actions and escalates them to a person. A buyer cannot yet see how an approver finds and clears a waiting step.

Security, Identity & Governance Partial

Turbotic holds ISO 27001 certification for how it builds, hosts and runs its platform, and a SOC 2 Type II report on security, availability and confidentiality controls tested over time. In the Turbotic AI Assistant, a customer's administrators add, remove and suspend users, access, share and remove what users submit, and see logs of how people use the service.

Credentials for the services an automation connects to stay in environment variables, out of the workflow itself, and Turbotic's governance service sets data handling and access rules for each agent and automation. The agent platform promises role based access and policies that block unsafe actions before they run, but a buyer cannot check whether Automation AI signs people in through the company's own identity provider or which roles separate building an automation from running it.

Observability & Auditability Full

Every Automation AI run writes a log of each step, the dashboard keeps a logs section beside each workflow, and each automation reports hours saved, money earned and the value it created. Automation Orchestration tracks performance, failures, cost and behavior across robots and agents, ranks anomalies by impact, groups the past week's errors by category and shows license use against potential savings, and its view of language model work covers prompt analysis, compliance oversight, usage and cost. Every recommendation, approval and action stays on record for audit.

Memory & State Persistence Not documented

Each automation keeps its own version history, files and environment variables in the Turbotic dashboard, and the AI Assistant keeps work in shared workspaces. What an automation remembers between runs has no public description, and the product documentation needs a sign in.

Deployment & Data Residency Full

Automation AI runs as a Turbotic cloud service, and the Enterprise plan adds an option to deploy it on premises in the customer's own environment. Turbotic AB is in Stockholm, personal data is processed at its operating offices and wherever the other parties to the processing sit, and Turbotic AI is sold only in the geographies Turbotic supports. Where the cloud service is hosted, and whether a customer can choose, is not public.

Prebuilt Agents / Templates / Packs Partial

Automation AI starts every automation from a description of the job, with no forms and no templates by design. In the Turbotic AI Assistant a team saves its own templates and uses a built in meeting agent for summaries, action items and sentiment, and Turbotic's agent platform promises a shared library of tools, prompts and patterns for new agents to build on. All of it is material a team assembles itself, so a new customer starts from its own words rather than from a library of ready made automations.

Sourceturbotic.com/turbotic-airead 2026-10-13

Triggers & Channel Coverage Full

Published automations run on a schedule, such as a news digest every morning at 7:00, when something happens in a connected app, such as a new lead arriving in HubSpot, or when another system calls them through a webhook or an API trigger. For IT operations, workflows start from monitoring alerts and system events. Scheduling comes with Basic and the plans above it, and a chat prompt starts work on demand. Automation Orchestration watches running robots and agents for failures and anomalies as they occur.

Sourceturbotic.com/resources/blog/turbotic-automation-ai-beginners-guideread 2026-10-13

Model Flexibility & Routing Partial

Automation AI writes, tests and repairs workflows with Turbotic's own AI agents, whose underlying provider a customer neither sees nor picks. The automations it builds can call OpenAI or any other AI service a user adds a key for, so the model inside a finished workflow is the customer's choice, and Turbotic's agent platform promises agents built on OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or open source models. Turbotic does not use what customers submit to Turbotic AI to train generative models.

APIs / SDKs / MCP Extensibility Partial

Turbotic AI, the assistant, issues API keys, allows programmatic access to its output only through its API and holds callers to rate limits, with the API reference behind a customer sign in. Inside Automation AI, each workflow opens to manual node editing and a code editor that explains what the code does. A developer outside the product has no public reference, SDK or MCP server to build against.

Sourceturbotic.com/termsread 2026-10-13

Testing, Debugging & Optimization Partial

Before publishing, a user runs a live test and reads the log of each step, and Automation AI writes, tests and fixes its own code while it builds, with version history to step back to. Testing is a run and a read of the log, with no saved test cases to rerun after a change.

Browser / Computer-use Partial

Turbotic sells browser automation alongside API work, for jobs that cross systems, APIs and browser tasks, but how a browser run is driven, by which engine and whether an agent operates the browser on its own, is left to a sales conversation. Automation AI itself is API first and writes custom code for each service, and Automation Orchestration watches the RPA robots that click through screens without steering them.

What is public

Automation AI plan prices and allowances, the AI Assistant seat price and credits, and what the Enterprise plan adds.

Billing mechanics

Automation AI is billed by plan, monthly or yearly with up to 30% off for yearly, with the execution and chat allowance chosen inside each plan. The AI Assistant is billed per seat each month with a credit allowance.

Cost watchouts

Execution and chat allowances set the plan, so a busy automation can push a team up a tier. Orchestration and Enterprise are quoted, and Turbotic's consulting, build and managed services are priced separately.

Variable cost rationale

Automation AI plans step up with the executions and chats a team uses each month, so cost rises with volume in tiers. AI Assistant seats come with credits that can be topped up. Orchestration is priced by quote.

Additional watchouts

Scheduling starts at Basic, and the free plan stops at three automations. Orchestration is sold only through sales.

Overage / add-ons

Extra AI Assistant credits can be bought as needed. No overage rate for Automation AI executions is public.

Sales call required

Mixed (some tiers require a call)

Free / trial

Free plan with up to 100 executions, 100 chats and three automations

Lowest paid plan

Automation AI Basic, from $14.99 a month on annual billing

Commercial notes

Enterprise adds unlimited automations, dedicated support, an SLA and an on premises deployment option. Turbotic also sells consulting, build and managed services around the platform.

Key ambiguities

Basic and Pro prices are shown on yearly billing, so the monthly rate is unclear, and prices for the higher execution tiers are not public. Orchestration has no public price.

Missing data

Monthly billing prices, prices at the higher execution tiers, Orchestration pricing and any overage rate for executions are not public.
