Lindy
No-code AI agent builder focused on automating repetitive business workflows.
Lindy is a no-code platform for building autonomous AI agents, which it calls Lindies, to automate everyday business work. Rather than wiring up rigid if-this-then-that rules, you describe in plain English what you want an agent to do, connect it to your email, calendar, CRM, and other tools, and it runs on its own against incoming triggers. The distinction the company leans on is that a Lindy reasons rather than just executes: it can read the context of an email, judge what matters, and decide the next step, which is the kind of fuzzy, judgment-heavy work that traditional automation tools struggle with.
You build agents through a visual workflow builder paired with natural-language instructions, and Lindy ships a large library of templates for common roles like outbound sales, support triage, scheduling, and lead qualification, so most people start from a ready-made example and adapt it. Agents connect to thousands of business apps such as Gmail, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, and calendars, and for sites that lack an API, a Computer Use mode gives an agent a virtual computer so it can browse the web, fill forms, and update tools directly.
Lindy reaches beyond text as well. A phone capability spins up AI voice agents that can place and answer calls, qualify leads, and book appointments, drawing on the same knowledge base and integrations as the text agents, and a separate feature can generate small internal apps from a description. Agents can run continuously, work together on multi-step tasks, and be reached through email, messaging, or the app, while a human-in-the-loop option escalates higher-stakes actions for approval before the agent proceeds.
The platform is aimed largely at founders, operators, and small to mid-sized sales, support, and operations teams who want capable automation without engineering help, positioned as a generalist that spans inbox, web, and voice rather than a deep, single-purpose system. It uses credit-based pricing and carries security and compliance credentials including SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and HIPAA, with encrypted data and granular per-agent permissions.

In practice
Your inbox and calendar eat hours of routine triage every day. You can tell Lindy in plain English to label urgent emails, draft replies, and schedule meetings, and the agent reasons through each case instead of following rigid rules.
A tool you rely on has no API to automate against. Lindy's Computer Use mode gives an agent a virtual computer to browse the site, fill forms, and update records directly, the way a person would.
You want one agent to cover email, web, and phone, not three tools. Lindy spins up voice agents that qualify leads and book appointments using the same knowledge base and integrations as your text-based Lindies.

What is public
Lindy publishes Plus ($49.99/month), Pro ($99.99/month), Max ($199.99/month), and Enterprise (contact sales). The pricing page also publishes a 7-day trial with full Plus access and states explicitly that Plus has no long-term contracts and can be canceled anytime from account settings. [46]
Billing mechanics
Lindy’s plan cards are flat monthly, but the docs make clear that the platform is really credit/task-driven underneath. The billing FAQ says many tasks cost about $0.01 on the Small model and $0.10 on the Large model, with every task costing at least 1 credit. Examples include 265 credits to make a phone call, 7 credits to send an email, and 32 credits to send a Slack message. [47]
Cost watchouts
Task credits, premium actions, model size, phone numbers, voice minutes
Variable cost rationale
Underlying credit/task metering, phone-number fees, and voice-minute costs can materially change production spend.
Additional watchouts
Lindy Phone adds explicit telephony cost. Each phone number is $10/month, and standard incoming/outgoing U.S. calls cost 20 credits per minute, with higher per-minute credit costs in some countries and call types. Support tiers also step up materially: help center/community for lower tiers, dedicated onboarding and support at Enterprise. [48]
