Rocketbot

Also known as: Rocketbot Suite, Rocketbot Saturn Studio

Visit site
Entry priceEntry at $7,990 a year before local taxes, with every product in the suite.Full pricing detail

Automation suite that pairs RPA robots with Saturn Studio, a cloud builder for AI agents and workflows, plus an orchestrator, document AI, forms and low code apps, sold in four annual plans with public prices.

Rocketbot sells the Rocketbot Suite, five products under one annual plan. RPA Studio builds software robots, Saturn Studio builds AI agents and workflows in the cloud, the Orchestrator schedules and governs robots and includes the Xperience forms portal, Ai Studio reads documents, email, images and audio, and Nexus builds low code internal apps. The company reports more than 700 customers in 21 countries, and its legal and technical documents are written in Spanish, with English versions for reference.

Saturn Studio is where the agentic work happens. Each agent is a flow of steps, called Moons, that starts from a webhook, a cron schedule, a form, a chat widget, another agent or by hand, loads its variables and vault credentials, runs, pauses for a person's approval where one is set, and logs how it ended. A Tool Agent step gives an AI model a set of tools to choose among on its own, and AI steps can call OpenAI, Anthropic's Claude, Google's Gemini, Mistral AI, Groq, DeepSeek, xAI's Grok, Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock or any model on OpenRouter, beside more than 500 standard app connectors, custom apps and any REST API.

A template market lets a team import ready made agents with one click, and an MCP server lets outside AI clients such as Claude build bots or run tasks in the account. RPA Studio robots click, type and read screens on the customer's own machines, the Orchestrator queues robots, Python scripts, applications and other RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, and Ai Studio turns unstructured content into structured data and can act on it by email, WhatsApp, an API call or by setting a robot going.

Pricing is public and annual. Entry costs $7,990 a year for five automations running in parallel, Standard $14,990, Enterprise $24,990 and Corporate $49,990, each with every product, a yearly Ai Studio credit quota from 25 million to 200 million characters and a set number of development licenses, before local taxes. Bringing your own model starts on Standard, and Corporate adds Active Directory sign in, SCIM and 12 month audit logs with SIEM export.

The Orchestrator is the suite's single identity point, with role based permissions, two factor sign in and Google sign in on every plan, and Rocketbot holds an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certificate from NYCE, valid to May 2029. Cloud plans run on AWS, the Orchestrator can also run on premises, and robots always run on the customer's own servers or virtual machines.

Rocketbot fits a mid sized company or a regional enterprise that wants RPA, AI agents, forms and internal apps from one vendor at a public price, and a team that wants to pick the model inside each flow. It fits less well a buyer who needs Saturn Studio's agents on its own infrastructure, since Saturn runs only in Rocketbot's cloud, or one that needs separate development and production environments and Git style versioning for agent flows, which Saturn does not offer.

Integrations

Saturn Studio carries more than 500 standard apps and components, including SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Oracle, ServiceNow, HubSpot, Zendesk, Asana, Monday.com, WhatsApp and Telegram, plus custom apps, databases, inbound webhooks and any REST API. AI steps call OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral AI, Groq, DeepSeek, Grok, Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock and models on OpenRouter, and a Pinecone module adds vector search. The Orchestrator runs Rocketbot robots, Python, Docker containers, executables and other RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, and an MCP server lets outside AI clients build bots and run tasks.

In practice

An accounts payable team receives invoices by email. Ai Studio reads each one into structured fields, a Saturn Studio agent checks it against the purchase order, and an RPA robot posts it into an ERP that has no API.

A billing agent drafts an invoice and, before issuing it, sends the accountant an approval form in Xperience. The flow waits, issues the invoice once it is approved and cancels it otherwise.

An operations team runs Rocketbot robots, Python scripts and Automation Anywhere bots side by side. The Orchestrator queues each run on the best available machine by tag and priority, retries failures and keeps robot, process, user and instance logs.

A developer asks Claude to build a customer onboarding flow. Through Rocketbot's MCP server, Claude proposes the steps and Saturn Studio turns them into a flow the developer reviews before it runs.

Integrations & Tool Calling Full

Saturn Studio agents act in other systems through more than 500 standard apps and components, among them SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Oracle, ServiceNow, HubSpot, Zendesk and WhatsApp, plus databases and any REST API, with credentials kept in an encrypted vault and shared by person or team. Where a system has no API, RPA Studio robots work through its screens, and Ai Studio can send an email, a WhatsApp message or an API call once it has read a document. Custom apps for systems outside the catalog come in a limited form on Standard and Enterprise and in full on Corporate.

Workflow Orchestration Full

In Saturn Studio each agent is a flow of steps that loads its variables and vault credentials, runs with loops, branches and retries, pauses where a person must act and logs how it ended, and one agent finishing can start the next. A Tool Agent step lets an AI model choose among the tools a builder gives it. The Orchestrator queues runs of robots, Python scripts, applications and other RPA platforms and assigns each to the best available machine by tag, capacity and priority. Each Saturn run is capped at between 10 minutes and an hour depending on the plan.

Knowledge Grounding & RAG Partial

Ai Studio reads each email, document, image or audio file a flow hands it and returns structured fields that follow a template the team defines, so an agent works from the data its flow fetches on each run. Saturn Studio's Pinecone module creates a vector index, generates embeddings and upserts and queries them, and Rocketbot's own recipes pipe Gmail and PDF content through OpenAI into Pinecone so a question and answer agent can search a company's documents. That index sits in the customer's own Pinecone account, assembled from the recipe, and Rocketbot keeps no knowledge index of its own.

Human Oversight & Guardrails Full

A flow can stop and wait for a person, for example sending an approval request by email, Teams or an Xperience form and carrying on only once it is approved, and common recipes hand a case to a human when the AI's confidence is low. Agents act within rules the builder sets, with every decision and action logged for audit. Human in the loop steps come with every plan.

Sourcedocs.rocketbot.com/2026/07/01/saturn-studio-referencia-tecnicaread 2026-10-13

Security, Identity & Governance Full

The Orchestrator is the suite's single identity point, with a role and permission matrix by module, two factor sign in and Google sign in on every plan, and Active Directory sign in and SCIM on Corporate.

Credentials sit in an encrypted vault, can be shared with a person or a team and revoked at once, robot steps are encrypted, and audit logs record who did what, kept from 90 days up to 12 months with SIEM export on Corporate.

Rocketbot holds an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certificate from NYCE, with an IQNet counterpart, covering its cloud infrastructure, development and support, issued in May 2026, valid to May 2029 and held since June 2023.

Observability & Auditability Full

The Orchestrator keeps four kinds of log, robot, process, user and instance, records the input data and the component where a run failed, and shows the live status, metrics, alerts and history of every automation. Saturn Studio keeps each agent run with detailed logs, full text log search and analytics dashboards, holding from 1,000 to 100,000 runs and logs for 7 to 365 days by plan. Older history has to be exported, since retention runs first in, first out, and Rocketbot's terms say the logs carry no forensic evidentiary integrity.

Sourcerocketbot.com/en/orchestrator.htmlread 2026-10-13

Memory & State Persistence Partial

The question and answer agent can keep conversation history under an ID the builder sets, such as a chat, a channel or a user, holding the last messages up to a History Size the builder picks, and a datastore makes that history persist between runs. Global variables are set once for the account, readable by every agent and kept between runs, while local variables reset on each run, and Nexus's internal database holds records flows read and write. How long kept history lasts beyond that message window is up to the builder.

Deployment & Data Residency Full

Cloud plans run on the AWS public cloud, where the Orchestrator uses a database across several availability zones watched by Amazon CloudWatch, and the Orchestrator can also run on premises on the customer's own servers. RPA Studio robots always run on the customer's machines or virtual machines. Ai Studio is cloud only, though a customer can point it at its own model hosted on premises. Saturn Studio runs only in Rocketbot's cloud and cannot reach a local network, and no AWS region is named.

Prebuilt Agents / Templates / Packs Full

The Saturn Studio template market is a catalog of prebuilt agents a team previews read only and adds to its workspace with one click, grouped by category and showing the modules each one uses, and administrators can publish their own. Access to templates widens by plan, with a custom set on Corporate.

Triggers & Channel Coverage Full

Agents start from a webhook, a cron schedule, a form submitted in Xperience, an embedded chat widget, another agent finishing, a new record landing in the datastore, or by hand, and a webhook can answer at once or hold the call open until the agent is done. Ai Studio reads incoming email, documents, images and audio and can set a robot or flow going on what it finds, and WhatsApp and Telegram messages reach flows through their connectors. On the robot side, the Orchestrator schedules runs by cron, webhook or chaining.

Sourcedocs.rocketbot.com/2026/07/01/saturn-studio-referencia-tecnicaread 2026-10-13

Model Flexibility & Routing Full

A builder picks the model for each AI step in a flow, from OpenAI, Anthropic's Claude, Google's Gemini, Mistral AI, Groq, DeepSeek, xAI's Grok and Hugging Face to models on Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock, or any model ID available on OpenRouter, using the team's own keys. Ai Studio runs on Rocketbot's internal model on every plan, and from Standard up a company can connect its own model in the cloud or on its own servers.

APIs / SDKs / MCP Extensibility Full

API keys created in Saturn Studio let outside software start robots and read account data through the platform API, each key with a name, an expiry, a last used date and instant revocation, and Orchestrator API keys last two years. Inbound webhooks give each agent its own endpoint, and an MCP server lets AI clients such as Claude or Copilot build bots and run tasks in the account. Developers have no public endpoint reference for the platform API.

Testing, Debugging & Optimization Partial

Builders test a flow by running it and reading its logs, with log search and console output from custom JavaScript for debugging, and the Orchestrator versions robots with rollback.

Neither Saturn Studio nor the Orchestrator offers separate development, test and production environments inside one instance or Git style versioning, so promotion between stages follows the customer's own procedures, often a global variable that splits resources by environment.

Rocketbot's own guidance asks teams to keep a separate development environment and test robots with real data before production, and its terms say Ai Studio's accuracy in a flow must be validated before production use.

Browser / Computer-use Full

RPA Studio builds software robots that work any system the way a person does, clicking, typing, copying data, filling in forms and reading the screen, and they run on the customer's own Windows, macOS or Linux machines. The Orchestrator dispatches them, and a Saturn Studio flow can call a robot as one of its steps.

Pricing

Entry at $7,990 a year before local taxes, with every product in the suite.

Annual license per plan, sized by automations running in parallel, managed processes, development licenses, users and a yearly Ai Studio credit quota, with no charge per robot, agent or runner.

Included quota

Entry includes 5 automations running in parallel, 25 million Ai Studio credits a year, 2 development licenses and 5 Nexus apps for 10 end users. Standard has 20 in parallel and 50 million credits, Enterprise 50 and 100 million, and Corporate 200 in parallel, 1,000 managed processes and 200 million credits. One credit is one character processed by the AI model.

What is public

All four plan prices, what each includes product by product, the AI credit quotas and how a credit is counted.

Billing mechanics

Each plan is an annual license in US dollars before local taxes, including every product in the suite, with capacity set by automations running in parallel, managed processes, licenses and users.

Cost watchouts

RPA Studio robots run on the customer's own servers or virtual machines, which no plan includes. Extra AI credits and 24/7 coverage cost more and are not priced in public, and Ai Studio credits lapse at the end of each year.

Variable cost rationale

Each plan is a fixed annual fee with a set capacity of parallel automations and a yearly AI credit quota. Cost moves only when a team buys extra credits, adds users or steps up a plan.

Additional watchouts

Bringing your own model starts on Standard, and Active Directory sign in, SCIM and SIEM export need Corporate.

Overage / add-ons

Extra AI credits and 24/7 per event coverage are add ons at an additional cost, and credits do not roll over to the next year.

Sales call required

Yes, required for paid access

Free / trial

None public

Lowest paid plan

Entry, $7,990 a year

Commercial notes

There is no charge per robot, agent or runner, and robots register with the Orchestrator without limit. Support response targets range from 60 minutes on Entry to 15 minutes on Corporate.

Key ambiguities

Plan prices are exact, while add on prices are not public. The English pricing and terms are reference translations of Spanish originals.

Missing data

Prices for extra AI credits, 24/7 coverage, tailored onboarding and training, additional users and builders.
