AgentVoice
Also known as: agentvoice.com, AgentVoice engine
AgentVoice builds and runs inbound and outbound AI voice agents, and licenses its own voice agent engine, source code included, for deployment into a customer's Azure, AWS or private servers with no per minute platform fee. Agents call webhooks and APIs as custom actions before, during and after a call, answer from knowledge bases built from websites, documents and audio, remember each contact across calls, run outbound campaigns with pacing and retries, and fire from event triggers and a REST API.
AgentVoice, LLC is a Texas based AI voice agency that began as a self serve voice agent platform and still owns the engine behind it. Its team scopes, builds, tests and tunes voice agents for clients, either on the platform a client already uses, such as Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs, Bland or Synthflow, or on the AgentVoice engine. The engine is the subject here, sold as a platform license that puts it inside infrastructure the customer owns; custom builds on outside platforms are a delivery service and context only.
On the engine, each agent combines a script, a voice and a dynamic greeting with knowledge bases and actions. Actions are custom tools with a name, a description the agent reads to decide when to use them, a webhook or API URL with an API key and custom headers, typed parameters with validation, and spoken start, completion, failure and delay messages, so an agent can check a calendar, look up an account, open a ticket or push data to HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Make, Zapier or n8n while the caller is on the line.
Pre call actions gather context before the agent answers, such as spam checks and CRM lookups, and post call actions update records and send confirmations. Knowledge bases draw on up to 10 website URLs that refresh on a schedule, plus documents, audio recordings and images, searched semantically, and contact memory carries each caller's history, preferences, past issues and completed actions into the next call. Outbound campaigns import and deduplicate contact lists, respect local calling hours, prioritize contacts and retry on no answer, voicemail or busy, while triggers start campaigns or calls when a contact is added, tagged or changed.
Pricing is quoted rather than published. Custom builds are scoped per project, and the platform license is a one time fee covering a perpetual license, deployment, branding, migration from a hosted setup and 90 days of adjustments, with speech, model and telephony usage billed at provider cost and no per minute or per seat charge; later engineering is billed hourly or on retainer, and a commercial license covers reselling under the customer's brand.
Under the license the code sits in a GitHub organization the customer owns, and the engine, its database, recordings and transcripts run in the customer's Azure or AWS account or on its own servers, in the region and under the retention policy it chooses, with optional managed hosting until it moves. No security attestation, single sign on or role model is published for the hosted engine.
AgentVoice fits operations teams with high call volumes, or with health and financial data, that want voice agents running inside their own cloud with the source code in hand and an agency on call to build and tune them. It fits less well for buyers who want a self serve platform with published prices, a public compliance posture, a template library or a model they can name and pick, since most of that arrives through a scoped engagement.

Integrations
Custom actions call any webhook or API with an API key, custom headers and typed parameters before, during and after calls. Named integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Calendly, Make, Zapier and n8n, with connectors built for systems that lack one. REST API at api.agentvoice.com with API key and organization ID for agents, contacts (create, read, update, delete and CRM lookup), calls and webhooks. ElevenLabs voices; speech, model and telephony providers through AgentVoice's partner API or the customer's own accounts.
In practice
A property manager licenses the engine into its AWS account, connects actions to its maintenance system and calendar, and lets the agent log repair requests and book technician visits while tenant recordings stay in its own database.
A dealership imports a service reminder list into a campaign, lets the agent call within local hours with retries on voicemail, and books service appointments straight into its scheduling tool.
A law firm adds a trigger that starts an intake call whenever a web lead is tagged as new, and the agent's contact memory picks up the case details on the follow up call.

Actions are custom tools built in the dashboard: each has a name, a description the agent reads to decide when to use it, a webhook or API URL, an optional API key and custom headers, and typed parameters with required flags and validation patterns, plus spoken start, completion, failure and delay messages. A strict data mode holds an action until every required value is collected. Calls go to any system that accepts a webhook, including Make, Zapier, n8n, HubSpot and GoHighLevel, and named connectors cover Salesforce lookups and updates and Calendly booking during live calls. | Workflow Orchestration | Partial |

Work around a call runs in three phases: pre call actions execute in sequence in the seconds before the agent answers, with reasoning blocks that skip a lookup when cached data is fresh, in call actions fire from what the caller asks, and post call actions update the CRM and send confirmations. Scripts give the agent a structured conversation flow, and tasks and campaigns schedule work across many contacts. Each call is still one agent following one script, with no handoff between agents or shared run state across a multistep process. Knowledge bases are built from up to 10 website URLs that can refresh on a schedule, up to 10 PDF, Word or text documents, up to 10 MP3, WAV or M4A recordings and up to 10 images such as charts. Each source is analyzed, summarized and placed in a searchable index used with semantic search, so agents find answers phrased differently from the source. A knowledge base is attached to an agent from its setup page and can be tried with a test call before going live. Sourceagentvoice.com/docs/system-features/memory-knowledgeread 2026-10-18 |

Routing rules, live transfers, queues and voicemail logic put callers in front of a person when needed, and supervisor controls give team leads a view over quality. The Agent Command Center lets a team send an agent one off instructions, sets alerts on keywords, sentiment shifts or high value contacts, and lets the agent send confirmations, summaries, escalations and approval requests as configured. How an approval request pauses an action, and what a reviewer sees before it proceeds, is not described. Sourceagentvoice.com/docs/core-capabilities/agent-command-centerread 2026-10-18 |

| Security, Identity & Governance | Not documented |
|
No security attestation, trust center, single sign on or role model appears for the hosted engine: the site has no security page, no trust subdomain resolves, and the docs cover API keys and an organization ID but no user roles or permissions. The privacy policy names US processing and lists analytics and voice providers. For licensed deployments, the company points to the customer's own cloud controls, retention rules and provider agreements, which describes where the system runs rather than an access or compliance surface of the engine. | Observability & Auditability | Partial |
|
Every call lands on the Calls page with its status, direction, numbers and duration, and the detail view plays the recording alongside a full transcript. An Analytics tab charts volume, success rate, outcomes, agent comparisons and best times to call, scheduled email reports send daily, weekly or monthly summaries with CSV exports, and campaigns report progress as calls go out. Which actions fired on a call, with their inputs and results, is not shown as a trace, and no audit log of configuration changes appears. | Memory & State Persistence | Partial |

Contact memory keeps, for each caller, a history of conversations and decisions, stated preferences such as the best time to call and language, past issues and how they were resolved, relationship details, and the actions the agent already took, such as appointments booked, payments taken or tickets opened, so it avoids repeating questions or duplicating work. Memory also writes back to CRM fields after each call. How long it is kept, and how a business reviews or clears it for one contact, is not set out. The platform license deploys the engine into an Azure or AWS account the customer creates and owns, or onto its own servers, with the database, recordings and transcripts in the region and under the retention policy the customer chooses and nothing in shared tenancy. The source code sits in the customer's GitHub organization, speech, model and telephony providers can run on the customer's own accounts, and AgentVoice can host the deployment for a monthly fee and move it into the customer's account later. A Templates and Playbooks section promises industry specific agent templates, proven conversation scripts, workflow patterns and integration blueprints, but lists none of them, and the site's industry pages for ecommerce, home services, dealerships, property management, attorney intake and colleges describe agents the team builds for each client. Scripts are a resource customers write for their own agents. No catalog of finished agents a customer can switch on is shown. Sourceagentvoice.com/docs/resources/templates-playbooksread 2026-10-18 |

Inbound calls reach agents on their phone numbers, outbound campaigns call imported lists within local calling hours with set attempt limits and spacing, and a web widget takes browser calls. Triggers run if this then that rules on contact events, contact added, contact called, tag added or removed and custom variable changed, with up to three conditions, to start a campaign or schedule a call. The pricing comparison lists a choice of voices and AI models for both custom builds and licensed engines, and licensed customers can hold their own speech, model and telephony provider accounts or use AgentVoice's partner API. The docs describe only advanced language models tuned for real time conversation, without naming a provider, a model list or a setting that selects one, and voices come from ElevenLabs. | Testing, Debugging & Optimization | Partial |
|
A Start Test button places a browser call to an agent, logged as a web call, so a team can check greetings, knowledge answers and actions before launch, and troubleshooting and best practice guides cover common failures. Testing on real calls, transcript reviews and a four week optimization engagement are services the team performs. The engine itself offers no scored test cases, simulated callers or quality gates. | Browser / Computer-use | Not documented |
|
Agents work on phone calls, the web widget and messaging channels, and they reach other systems through webhooks, APIs and named connectors such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel and Calendly. When a client's system has no connector, the team writes one against its API as part of the engagement. Nothing in the engine opens a browser or desktop session for an agent to click through an application's screens, so work in software without an interface for machines stays out of reach. Pricing
Contact sales: custom build per project, platform license one time fee, provider usage at cost
Project fee for custom builds or a one time license fee, plus speech, model and telephony usage at provider cost and engineering time after launch
Included quota
The license fee covers a perpetual license, deployment, branding, migration from a hosted setup and 90 days of adjustments after cutover.
What is public
The structure of each option: per project builds, a one time license fee, at cost usage and hourly or retainer engineering.
Billing mechanics
One time license or project fee, provider usage passed through at cost, engineering billed as time.
Cost watchouts
Engineering after launch or after the license's 90 day window, managed hosting fees and the customer's own cloud costs sit on top of the license.
Variable cost rationale
Usage passes through at provider cost with no platform markup, so per call cost tracks the chosen speech, model and telephony providers, while the license itself is a fixed one time fee.
Additional watchouts
Every figure arrives on a sales call.
Overage / add-ons
No per minute platform fee or per seat charge; voice, AI and phone usage is billed at provider cost, and engineering after the first 90 days is billed hourly or on retainer.
Sales call required
Yes, required for paid access
Free / trial
No free tier or trial; a test call line is open around the clock
Lowest paid plan
No public price; custom builds scoped per project and the platform license quoted as a one time fee
Commercial notes
No per minute or per seat platform charges on the license, and the customer keeps the source code.
Key ambiguities
No license or build figures are published, and the hosted self serve subscription mentioned in the license FAQ is not offered on the pricing page.
Support SLA / resale
Support runs over Slack and email; a commercial license lets partners resell agents under their own brand on terms set per partner.
Missing data
License fee, build fees, managed hosting fee and engineering rates.
