NextLevel.AI
Also known as: nextlevel.ai, NextLevel AI, NextLevel.AI by SPsoft
NextLevel.AI licenses voice and chat agents for inbound call centers, receptionists, booking, support, warm transfers and outbound sales, collections and follow up across phone, website, WhatsApp, SMS and email, with one agent keeping the same conversation memory across channels. Agents answer from an indexed knowledge base, sync with CRMs and calendars, call external APIs on higher tiers, and run in four zones, the US, EU, UAE and Saudi Arabia, with a private cloud option and Cisco, Genesys, Avaya and Ziwo connections.
NextLevel.AI is the voice AI agent product of SPsoft, a software engineering firm with more than 15 years of healthcare and enterprise development, selling to insurers, banks, healthcare groups, telecoms, real estate, logistics, retail, travel, home services and education, with published deployments for a UAE insurer, a hospital group and a Saudi telecom. It sells three licensed products, a website chatbot with voice and text, an inbound phone agent and an outbound phone agent, and SMB licenses let a customer stack as many agents as it wants under one fixed monthly price. The AI Training role play product and the ExOS enterprise operating system are context.
Inbound agents answer calls over a SIP or VoIP connection and on the website, understand intent, answer from an approved knowledge base indexed from up to 1,000 pages on the Business tier, book, reschedule and cancel appointments, take orders, qualify leads and route requests, and warm transfers brief the receiving person with the caller's intent, qualification status and a summary before connecting. Outbound agents run campaigns across voice, email, SMS and WhatsApp on shared memory, with no cap on dial attempts.
The same agent keeps one conversation memory whether a customer reaches it by phone, chat or WhatsApp, and CRM, calendar and help desk tools receive configured summaries and results. Business tiers add custom integrations and external API actions, enterprise deals add Cisco, Genesys, Avaya and Ziwo contact center connections and custom dialect tuning, and a mobile SDK for Flutter and SwiftUI embeds voice and text agents in iOS and Android apps. Delivery runs through the team: a tested prototype arrives within two days of a brief and production typically follows in one to two weeks, and agent tuning, fixes and integrations are billed as professional services.
Website and inbound licenses run from $49 a month with 300 voice minutes, half price for the first three months, through Standard at $175 with 1,000 minutes and Business at $385 with 2,500 minutes and 30 languages. Outbound starts at $500 a month for 2,500 contacts and 50 voice hours, with emails at $0.15 and texts or WhatsApp messages at $0.05, and Tier 2 costs $1,250.
An enterprise pilot costs $1,000 a month for 100 voice hours with a three month cap, and production enterprise contracts are custom. Prices include language, speech and voice models, while SIP trunks are separate. SPsoft reports SOC 2 and ISO 27001:2022 programs, HIPAA alignment with BAAs, and readiness for Saudi SAMA and PDPL rules, and enterprise customers choose among US, EU, UAE and Saudi zones or a private cloud.
NextLevel.AI fits mid market and enterprise teams, especially in the Gulf and in regulated industries, that want a vendor team to build and tune voice and chat agents quickly, with regional hosting and contact center connections. It fits less well for buyers who want to build and change agents themselves in a documented console, since configuration, integrations and tuning arrive as services and no public developer documentation is available.

Integrations
CRM and calendar sync on Standard tiers, custom and bidirectional CRM integrations and external API actions on Business and Custom tiers, and webhooks on outbound Tier 2. Phone agents connect over SIP or VoIP, with Cisco, Genesys, Avaya and Ziwo contact center connections and a NextLevel SIP Bridge. Channels include website voice and text chat, WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS and email. A mobile SDK covers Flutter iOS, Flutter Android and SwiftUI.
In practice
A Gulf insurer runs an inbound agent in the UAE zone on its Genesys contact center, answering policy questions in Arabic dialects and passing claims calls to staff with a summary of the caller's intent.
A hospital group puts an inbound receptionist on its main number and website, books and reschedules appointments against its calendar under a BAA, and lets the same agent continue a conversation on WhatsApp.
A B2B software company runs Outreach Tier 1 to call 2,500 trial users a month, qualify them on budget and timing and follow up by email and SMS from the same conversation memory.

Business and Custom tiers include external API actions and custom integrations, Standard tiers sync with a CRM and calendar, and configured summaries and results flow to CRM, calendar, help desk and workflow tools whichever channel the customer used. Agents book, reschedule and cancel appointments, take orders and can trigger payment or follow up workflows, with sensitive actions depending on the customer's systems and permissions. Integrations are set up by NextLevel's team as professional services, and no tool or action reference is public. Sourcenextlevel.ai/pricingread 2026-10-18 |

| Workflow Orchestration | Partial |
|
One agent runs across phone, chat and WhatsApp on the same approved workflow, inbound and outbound calls share it, and licenses let customers stack several agents, such as a receptionist, a support agent and a BDR, under one fixed price. Outbound campaigns sequence voice, email, SMS and WhatsApp touches from one conversation memory. How workflows are defined, branched or handed between agents is not described outside of the team's build process. Sourcenextlevel.ai/platform/omnichannelread 2026-10-18 |

| Knowledge Grounding & RAG | Full |

Agents answer phone calls and website conversations from one approved knowledge base indexed from the customer's pages, up to 20 pages on entry tiers, 100 on Standard, 1,000 on Business and more than 100,000 on Custom plans. The same indexed knowledge serves every channel, and analytics show missed intents and failure cases so gaps can be filled. Document types beyond web pages, and how often the index refreshes, are not stated. Sourcenextlevel.ai/pricingread 2026-10-18 |

| Human Oversight & Guardrails | Partial |
|
Warm transfers brief the receiving person with the caller's intent, qualification status and a conversation summary before or as the call connects, and routing rules send complex or consequential cases to the team, which NextLevel frames as automation stopping where human judgement should begin. Regulated actions depend on the customer's own systems and permissions. No approval step where a person signs off on an agent's action before it runs is described. The compliance page reports SOC 2 and ISO 27001:2022 programs, with the ISO certificate scope written around SPsoft's software development, integration and healthcare cloud services, HIPAA alignment with Business Associate Agreements, readiness for Saudi SAMA and PDPL and EU GDPR rules, and encryption in transit and at rest. Nothing describes how customers control access to the agents, such as single sign on, user roles or permissions for who can change them. Sourcenextlevel.ai/complianceread 2026-10-18 |

| Observability & Auditability | Partial |
|
Post call analysis and analytics show missed intents, failure cases and conversion points, and configured summaries and results sync to the CRM after each conversation. The platform runs with continuous monitoring and failover across language, speech to text and text to speech providers. Whether customers see a per call trace of what the agent did, with transcripts and actions, or an audit log of changes, is not described. Sourcenextlevel.ai/ai-receptionistread 2026-10-18 |

| Memory & State Persistence | Partial |
|
NextLevel describes one agent that keeps the same conversation memory whether a customer is on the phone, in chat or on WhatsApp, and outbound campaigns send email, SMS and WhatsApp messages on that shared memory, so context carries between channels and touches. How long that memory lasts, what it stores, and how a business reviews or deletes it for one customer are not described, and summaries also land in the connected CRM. | Deployment & Data Residency | Full |
|
Enterprise contracts offer four deployment zones, the United States, Europe, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and a private cloud option, while SMB plans run on a multi tenant managed cloud, and multi region deployment is listed on Custom inbound and website plans. Phone agents connect to the customer's own carrier or contact center over SIP, so existing numbers usually stay in place. Sourcenextlevel.ai/pricingread 2026-10-18 |

| Prebuilt Agents / Templates / Packs | Partial |
|
Solution pages describe many agent roles, an AI receptionist, answering service, call center agent, support agent, booking agent, HR assistant, sales agent, cold caller, SDR and BDR agents and a shopping assistant, and licenses let customers stack any of them. Each one starts from a brief, with NextLevel's team delivering a tested prototype in two days and tuning it as a professional service, so these read as roles the team configures rather than finished agents a customer switches on. Inbound agents answer calls arriving over a SIP or VoIP connection, from the customer's carrier or a Cisco, Genesys, Avaya or Ziwo contact center, and conversations on the website, in mobile apps, on WhatsApp and Messenger. Outbound campaigns work through lists of up to 2,500, 7,500 or more than 15,000 unique contacts a month across voice, email, SMS and WhatsApp with no cap on dial attempts, and outbound Tier 2 adds webhooks. Agents speak up to 30 languages, with custom dialect tuning on enterprise deals. Sourcenextlevel.ai/pricingread 2026-10-18 |

| Model Flexibility & Routing | Partial |
|
Prices include the language, speech to text and text to speech models, and the platform fails over between providers for each so conversations survive an outage, which is routing NextLevel controls. Custom website plans list bring your own models, and enterprise deals add custom dialect tuning, but no provider is named and no setting describes how a customer picks a model. | APIs / SDKs / MCP Extensibility | Partial |
|
A mobile SDK for Flutter on iOS and Android, with SwiftUI integrated, embeds the voice and text agent in a customer's app, and Custom plans list an external API, with webhooks on outbound Tier 2. No developer documentation, endpoint reference or authentication scheme is public, so the API surface for creating agents, starting calls or reading conversations cannot be described beyond those mentions. | Testing, Debugging & Optimization | Partial |
|
Every deployment starts with a prototype tested within two days, acceptance checks before production, and an enterprise pilot with controlled testing and stakeholder review, and analytics after launch point to missed intents and failure cases. These checks are run by NextLevel's team as part of delivery, and no customer facing test suite or scoring of the agent's conversations is described; the scored role plays in AI Training grade human trainees, not agents. | Browser / Computer-use | Not documented |
|
Agents work through phone lines, website and in app widgets and messaging channels, and reach business systems through CRM, calendar and help desk integrations and external API actions built by NextLevel's team. Nothing describes an agent opening a browser or desktop session to operate another application's screens, and the website widget is a channel customers use rather than a browser the agent drives. Monthly license per product with bundled voice minutes or contacts and voice hours, plus per message rates on outbound channels
Included quota
Inbound and website: 300, 1,000 or 2,500 voice minutes a month by tier; outbound: 2,500 contacts with 50 voice hours or 7,500 contacts with 150 hours; enterprise pilot 100 voice hours.
What is public
Tier prices and bundles for website, inbound and outbound products, outbound per message rates and the enterprise pilot price.
Billing mechanics
Monthly license per product with bundled usage; stack unlimited agents under each SMB license.
Cost watchouts
SIP trunk service is separate, and agent tuning, post acceptance fixes, improvements and integrations are billed as professional services.
Variable cost rationale
Plans bundle minutes or voice hours, outbound channels bill per message, and tuning and integrations add professional services fees on top of the license.
Additional watchouts
Professional services for tuning and integrations sit outside the license.
Overage / add-ons
Outbound messages bill per item: email $0.15 or $0.12, SMS and WhatsApp $0.05 or $0.04 by tier; overage beyond included minutes is not shown.
Sales call required
Mixed (some tiers require a call)
Free / trial
No free tier; 50% off the first three months on entry plans and a two day prototype on request
Lowest paid plan
Website Chatbot Q&A Saver or Inbound Phone Starter from $49 a month with 300 voice minutes, $24.50 for the first three months
Commercial notes
Entry plans are half price for the first three months.
Key ambiguities
Prices are listed as from figures, overage beyond included minutes is not shown, and Get started leads to a call back rather than instant signup.
Support SLA / resale
A white label program lets partners resell agents under their own brand; enterprise contracts add a dedicated customer success manager and custom SLAs.
