LoadPartner is an AI-powered freight platform for brokerages that streamlines logistics operations across three named products plus an open-source core. Track & Trace automates outbound and inbound driver communications over AI voice, SMS, and email with preferred-freight settings, monitoring shipments and handling the constant check-call workload: in demos its agent asks a driver for ETA and trailer temperature, answers the driver's payment question, warns a broker about a temperature exception, and takes commands from a broker agent (including asking the driver for an ETA in Spanish). Dart is a lower-level, pay-as-you-go communications layer with API access to send texts, location links, and AI voice calls without the automation or freight settings. Truck Verify provides load-level fraud detection standalone or integrated, using SMS, geolocation, and image-capture verification. Underneath sits an open-source, extensible TMS that gives brokers full ownership and control of their freight software with a plugin system for customization. Founded in 2023-2024 by Garrett Allen and Nick Sorrell, LoadPartner is one of the early freight-broker AI agent startups alongside HappyRobot and FleetWorks, with production users like TMX Transport.
