Augment is the AI productivity platform for logistics, and its flagship product Augie is a freight-native AI teammate that operates across the full order-to-cash lifecycle rather than addressing narrow tasks like legacy RPA tools, voice bots, or point solutions. Augie works across phone, email, messaging, portals, and transportation management systems, understanding the context of every shipment, proactively resolving issues, and acting across systems to get work done, from quoting and dispatch to tracking, appointment scheduling, document and proof-of-delivery collection, billing, and collections. The design goal is to take full ownership of a shipment end to end without dropping the thread, reducing load touches, shortening cycle times, and freeing human operators for higher-value work. Founded by Deliverr co-founder Harish Abbott, the company raised $110M in five months (an $85M Series A led by Redpoint), supports over $35B in freight under management across dozens of top 3PLs and shippers, and moved Penske Logistics to production after a successful six-month pilot. It has since acquired Merlin to extend into the $8T+ US wholesale distribution market. Phone is one first-class channel in a multimodal, cross-system teammate; the freight-voice adjacency places it alongside other logistics voice vendors, with a secondary enterprise-operations classification reflecting its full order-to-cash scope.
