GPTBots
Also known as: GPTBots.ai, gptbots.ai, GPTBots by Aurora Mobile, GWork
GPTBots is Aurora Mobile's enterprise platform for building and running AI agents without code, from knowledge answering agents and flowchart driven FlowAgents to LoopAgents that pick their own tools and a MultiAgent planner with browser and computer use workers. Agents ground answers in a hybrid RAG knowledge base, publish to WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, Telegram and other channels, and run in GPTBots' cloud or a private deployment.
GPTBots is operated by Aurora Mobile, a Nasdaq listed customer engagement and marketing technology company founded in 2011, and is sold to enterprises for customer support, AI sales development, enterprise search and data insights. It claims more than 1,000 brands as customers and adds a Workspace, an AI assistant for employees that runs tasks on their desktop or in a sandbox.
Builders choose among three agent types. A standard Agent retrieves from the knowledge base and answers; a FlowAgent follows a drawn flowchart of LLM, condition, loop, code, HTTP, tool, knowledge retrieval and data table nodes; and a LoopAgent lets the model decide at each turn which knowledge bases, tools, MCP servers, workflows, data tables, skills, forms and human service to call, within loop and error limits.
MultiAgent adds a planner that breaks a task into a todo list for the user to confirm, assigns tasks to executor agents such as Browser Use, Computer Use, a coding agent and online search, and reviews each result against custom standards. Agents keep the last rounds of conversation and record key events as long term memory per user, hand conversations to human agents in LiveChat, Zoho SalesIQ and other desks during set hours, and publish to websites, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Slack, Teams, Telegram, Discord, DingTalk and WeChat.
The Free plan gives 100 credits a month for testing, and the Business plan gives 10,000 credits a month, up to 10 published agents, 10 team seats and higher rate limits, with extra credits purchasable at 100 credits per $1. Business is arranged through the sales team and its price is not public, and Enterprise covers private deployment, consulting and implementation. Credits pay for model calls, speech, embeddings, knowledge storage, reranking, paid tools and database operations.
Governance includes roles that limit features, agents, workspace access and credit spend, SAML single sign on, content moderation on inputs and outputs, PII anonymization through Microsoft Presidio, audit logs with tool and token detail, and tool permission levels in the Workspace. GPTBots holds ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and a SOC 2 Type II report, and private deployment runs cloud native or on premises.
GPTBots fits enterprises that want customer facing and internal agents across many messaging channels, with a choice between simple, flowchart and autonomous agents and the option to host privately. It fits less well for buyers who want a published price and self serve checkout for the paid plan, or a test suite that scores agent changes before release.

Integrations
Agents publish to website bubble and iframe widgets, WhatsApp (Meta and EngageLab), Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, Discord, DingTalk, WeChat customer service, LiveChat, LiveDesk, Sobot and Zoho SalesIQ, and connect to Zapier and n8n. Tools come from official tools such as Google search, custom API tools, MCP servers, workflows and data tables, with Google Drive and Notion feeding the knowledge base. Models include OpenAI GPT 5.1, GPT 5 and GPT 4o, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini and DeepSeek, on GPTBots keys or the customer's own, and REST APIs cover agents, conversations, knowledge bases, databases, tools, MCP, skills, workflows and analytics, with iOS and Android SDKs.
In practice
A telecom support team builds a LoopAgent with its help center in the knowledge base, a ticket lookup tool and a refund workflow, publishes it on WhatsApp and its website, and lets it hand conversations to the LiveChat team during staffed hours with the last rounds of chat attached.
A sales team runs an AI SDR agent on Facebook Messenger and Telegram that qualifies leads with a collect form, records key events about each prospect, and syncs qualified leads to the CRM through a workflow.
An analyst asks MultiAgent for a competitor bid summary; the planner lists the tasks for her to confirm, sends a Browser Use agent to gather tender pages and a coding agent to build tables, then reviews each result before compiling the report.

A LoopAgent calls whatever is bound to it: official tools such as Google search, custom API tools built visually, MCP servers, published workflows that become tools with their start node inputs as parameters, data tables it can query and write, skills, forms and human service. Credentials such as URLs, API keys and auth headers stay on the platform and are injected at execution, so the model never sees them, and with more than 30 tools the agent switches to lazy loading to keep token use down. A failed call shows on the tool card while the agent retries or reports it, and Zapier and n8n connect workflows to outside automation. Three agent types cover the range from fixed to autonomous. FlowAgents and the Flow 2.0 workflow builder wire LLM, intent recognition, condition, loop, batch processing, code, HTTP, tool, knowledge retrieval, data table and variable nodes on a drag and drop canvas; LoopAgents let the model choose each next action within a capped think, act and observe loop; and MultiAgent runs a planner that turns a request into a task list, generates actions for each task, assigns them to executor agents, has a reviewer check each result against custom standards and updates the plan as it goes, with retry limits per task. The knowledge base takes unstructured files in PDF, DOC, Markdown and text, structured CSV, XLS and XLSX tables and question and answer pairs, with Google Drive and Notion as sources, and retrieves through hybrid semantic and keyword search with multi channel recall, an optional rerank step and citations shown with answers. Documents carry metadata fields, knowledge bases have their own permissions, and APIs add documents, spreadsheets, text chunks and Q&A pairs, sync a knowledge base, re embed failed documents and run vector similarity matching. Text2SQL lets agents query databases and turn results into charts. Sourcegptbots.ai/docs/tutorial/knowledge-base/overviewread 2026-10-18 |

Workspace tools carry permission levels: silent for reads, a permission card with an always allow option for commands, file writes and the browser, and a card on every call for high risk actions, with deletes and commands such as rm, sudo or dd always forced to confirmation and a rejected action stopping the agent. MultiAgent asks the user to confirm its task list before running and lets a person take over the Computer Use desktop. Conversations hand off to human agents in Intercom, LiveDesk, LiveChat, Zoho SalesIQ or Sobot during set service hours with recent rounds attached, and moderation can block unsafe input or output. Organization roles set feature permissions, which agents a member can operate, Workspace rights and a credit spending limit per role, and knowledge bases and databases have their own permissions. SAML 2.0 single sign on works with Microsoft Azure, Okta, OneLogin, Google and AWS Cognito. GPTBots holds ISO 27001 for information security, ISO 27701 for privacy information management and a SOC 2 Type II report. PII anonymization through Microsoft Presidio replaces names and other entities before text reaches a model and restores them afterward, with custom entities defined by regex, word lists and context, and content moderation through OpenAI Moderation, keyword lists or a custom API screens text and images. Agent logs keep chat records with question classification and sentiment, and a log tree API returns the full execution trace of a conversation. The Workspace log audit lists each conversation's source channel, status, processing node, tools used with call counts, message count and cumulative tokens, plus AI search queries and A2A agent interactions, with permissions per tab and logs isolated by organization. Analytics APIs report credit use per conversation and workflow run, human handoff rates, peak requests per minute and recent agent activity, and alarm notifications warn administrators about business events. Memory runs on two layers. Short term memory keeps the last N rounds of a conversation, 30 by default, and a separate full context setting carries the tool calls, parameters and results of the most recent rounds so the agent remembers what it just did. Key events are cross session, user level long term memory that the model creates and updates during conversations, much like a ticket that follows the customer, and they appear in the user list for each end user. In the Workspace, the assistant remembers personal preferences such as a favored programming language across sessions. Sourcegptbots.ai/docs/tutorial/bot/loop-agent/memoryread 2026-10-18 |

Private deployment puts the platform in the customer's own environment, cloud native or on premises, for banks, financial institutions and government bodies that need full data control, with its own brand, domain and account system, a model management layer for private, fine tuned and commercial models, and one or two product updates a year. GPTBots runs the rollout from requirements and environment preparation through delivery, with hardware advice for on premises inference. The Workspace assistant can also run tasks on the employee's own device or in a local sandbox restricted to chosen folders. Sourcegptbots.ai/company/private-deploymentread 2026-10-18 |

Billing mechanics
Business and Enterprise subscriptions are arranged with the sales team after an email to support. Credit top ups are one time self serve payments through Stripe with cards, local wallets or Google Pay, open to every plan including Free, with receipts and invoices on the organization billing page.
Cost watchouts
Knowledge storage is charged daily on stored volume, reranking and paid tools such as Google search add credits per call, and premium thinking models cost far more per thousand tokens than light models.
Variable cost rationale
Every model call, speech minute, embedding, knowledge storage day, rerank and paid tool call draws credits at its own rate, so cost moves with conversation volume, model choice and knowledge base size on top of the plan.
Additional watchouts
Large knowledge bases cost credits every day they are stored, not only when queried.
Overage / add-ons
Extra credits can be bought at any time without changing plan, at 100 credits per $1, through Stripe with cards, local wallets or Google Pay; credits are not refundable or exchangeable.
