Ember Copilot

Ember is an AI revenue integrity and revenue cycle platform for specialty physician practices, surgery centers, and health systems, built to attack the healthcare denial crisis. Two workflows do most of the work: preventing denials before claims leave the office, and recovering the ones that slip through. To prevent, Ember reviews every encounter against coding standards, payer policy, and the practice's own contracts, checking CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, modifiers, NCCI edits, and documentation completeness, and returns suggested corrections that carry the rule behind them from sources like CMS, NCCI, and payer policy. To recover, when a denial occurs Ember identifies the root cause, retrieves records, references payer policy and contract terms, drafts the appeal packet with clinical evidence, and tracks it through adjudication. It also handles ambient scribing across dozens of specialties, benchmarks payer rates to surface underpayments, and continuously tracks payer policy shifts, all on United States based cloud infrastructure that is HIPAA and SOC 2 compliant with strong encryption and role based access.
