Wayfound

Wayfound is an AI agent supervision platform, the category Gartner named guardian agents in mid 2025, and it positions itself as the first independent solution of its kind. Rather than building or executing agents, Wayfound supervises them. Its AI Manager connects to agents built anywhere, whether developed in house, with external tools, or purchased from third party vendors like Intercom Fin, Qualified Piper, or Salesforce Agentforce, usually with a single line of code, then captures and analyzes every interaction to assess how well each agent is performing.

The platform is built for non technical business owners, the product leads and compliance leaders who own the real world outcomes of AI agents. Through one dashboard they get live agent behavior scorecards, root cause transparency into why an agent made a given choice, timeline views that pinpoint which agent failed at which stage, and end to end transcript supervision that flags issues in real time before they reach users. Every interaction is scored red, yellow, or green against the customer's own business guidelines, and custom alerts catch drift, hallucinations, off script responses, rule breaches, and data leaks.

Evaluation and oversight are where Wayfound is strongest. Business users write evaluation criteria in plain natural language, and an OKR framework with performance reviews delivers real time feedback on satisfaction and adherence to guidelines. The Manager itself uses both deterministic software and foundation models, with enterprise agreements with OpenAI and Anthropic to power its analysis, while remaining model agnostic. Human in the loop review and approval steps run thirty percent faster because approvers get agent scores, assessments, and explanations in one place.

Wayfound works with any agent framework or orchestration layer, offers its own Model Context Protocol server and a Salesforce Agentforce integration, and adds closed loop self improvement so agents learn over time, plus a Meetings feature that lets agents share context and learn from one another. It is SOC 2 Type II compliant, guarantees that agent data is never shared or used for model training, and runs in the cloud with on premises deployment available on request. Because it supervises rather than builds agents, capabilities like prebuilt task agents, customer channels, and computer use fall outside its scope.
