Entry price$9.99 per month list, $6.99 per month on a 12 month term (Explorer, 30 AI credits, 1 website)Full pricing detail

Prompt to app builder from the hosting company Hostinger that turns plain language, images or voice into a deployed web app, with hosting, domain, SSL and an integrated backend bundled into one subscription.

Hostinger Horizons is the AI app building surface of Hostinger, the Lithuanian hosting company. You describe the site or web application you want in plain language, and the platform generates the interface, wires up the data layer and publishes the result, with hosting, a custom domain, SSL and mailboxes included in the same plan. It sits in the same product class as Lovable, Base44, Bolt and Replit, but it is the only one of them that ships the hosting and the domain in the price rather than leaving deployment as a separate problem.

The build loop is agentic rather than template driven. The AI reads the request, produces the design and the features, and if something breaks it detects and repairs the fault on its own. Projects carry version history with one click restore, so a bad generation is recoverable without any version control knowledge. Prompting works from text on every paid tier, and from images and voice from the Starter tier upward, including a design from image mode that turns a visual reference into a full page.

Early projects reached a backend by connecting Supabase. Since February 2026 new projects get a native integrated backend instead, covering databases, authentication, file storage and built in service connections with no third party account required. Supabase remains supported for projects already using it but is no longer the recommended route. On top of that, Horizons connects to Stripe, PayPal and Google AdSense for payments and monetisation, and offers built in AI features such as chatbots and image generation that can be dropped into a generated app without separate billing.

The commercial shape is deliberately consumer facing. Paid plans run from an Explorer tier through Starter and Hobbyist, metered in monthly AI credits rather than seats, with the free tier limited to five credits and unable to publish. Source code access and the code editor are held back to the Hobbyist tier, which is the main practical constraint for anyone who expects to hand the project to a developer later. There is no trust centre, certification list or role based access control published on the product surface, so the platform reads as built for solo founders and small businesses rather than for regulated buyers.

In practice

You want a bookable services site live this week and you do not write code. You describe it to Horizons, and the hosting, the domain, the SSL and the mailbox all arrive inside the same subscription rather than as four separate purchases.

You have a rough visual in a screenshot. Horizons design from image mode turns the reference into a full page, and you refine it by prompting in text or by voice from the Starter tier.

Your generated app needs logins and stored data. The native integrated backend covers databases, authentication and file storage without a Supabase account, which is the route new projects take since February 2026.

What is public

All three paid tiers, their credit allowances, website limits and 12 month prices are published on the Horizons pricing page, alongside a free tier. Nothing is gated behind a sales conversation.

Billing mechanics

Subscription tiers metered in monthly AI credits. One prompt to the builder consumes roughly one credit. Domain, mailboxes and hosting are bundled free for the first year on paid plans, then renew at the stated rate.

Cost watchouts

First year promotional pricing, first year only free domain and mailbox, and code access locked to the $39.99 tier

Variable cost rationale

Plan price covers hosting, domain and mailboxes, so infrastructure cost is contained, but every AI edit consumes a credit and the lower tiers cannot edit without prompting, which pushes heavy builders into top ups or a tier upgrade.

Additional watchouts

The advertised $6.99, $13.99 and $39.99 rates are 30 percent promotional prices against $9.99, $19.99 and $55.99 list. Free domain and mailboxes are free for the first year only. Source code access and the code editor start at the Hobbyist tier, so anyone planning to hand the project to a developer should price that tier, not the entry tier. The free tier builds but cannot go live.

Overage / add-ons
