Vooma builds multi channel AI agents for freight brokers and carriers, automating the back office from quote to cash. Its agents work across email, text, and voice: Vooma Quote identifies quote requests and drafts email responses, Vooma Build completes tedious order entry and load building in seconds, and Vooma Voice makes and receives calls for inbound load bookings, appointment scheduling, and carrier check calls. The platform has evolved into a full orchestration layer that lets logistics teams build AI workers handling quoting, covering, scheduling, tracking, and building loads.

Agents capture and structure load data across touchpoints and sync it straight into the customer's TMS, analyze historical quoting data to recommend pricing and carrier matches, and manage appointments and follow ups once a load is booked. Customers report automating up to eighty percent of manual order entry and saving up to ten minutes per load build, with named results such as Sunset Transportation seeing sixty six percent faster response times and Direct Traffic Solutions moving from thirty nine to one hundred percent call coverage.

Founded in 2023 by Jesse Buckingham, former CEO of a private equity backed logistics software company, and Mike Carter, a founding engineer at Kodiak Robotics, Vooma raised a total of sixteen point six million dollars including a thirteen million dollar Series A led by Craft Ventures.
