Nova Recruiter
Also known as: Nova Talent, Nova
Four-agent sourcing workflow (filter, shortlist, message, respond) with MCP support.
Nova Recruiter is an agentic talent sourcing and outreach platform built for recruiters and headhunters. Created by Nova (the Nova Talent community, operated by NGlobal Holding AB), it gives recruiters access to a database of more than 800 million public professional profiles, well beyond LinkedIn's walled garden, and is positioned as what its founders wished LinkedIn Recruiter had been.
Its core differentiator is merit-based ranking. Rather than matching on keywords, Nova ranks candidates with a proprietary Talent Score built from over five years of reviewing 150,000+ profiles. The score filters out keyword and buzzword noise and surfaces candidates based on objective signals that correlate with quality, such as the calibre of the companies they have worked at, career progression, education, languages, and seniority trajectory.
A suite of AI agents then automates the sourcing workflow end to end, across four stages: filtering, shortlisting, messaging, and replying. A shortlist builder runs the search and moves the best candidates forward for review, an outreach writer drafts an individually personalized message for each candidate rather than a templated mail merge, and a response drafter reads incoming replies and writes suggested responses. Recruiters keep a human in the loop and approve at each step, and the company reports roughly 20 hours saved per role and reply rates two to three times higher thanks to multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and Nova.
Nova Recruiter also connects natively through the Model Context Protocol, so a recruiter can run the entire loop from Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Cursor without opening the Nova interface: one prompt can find candidates, score them, draft outreach, and launch a campaign in the background. It integrates with 60+ ATS platforms and with Gmail and Outlook, and stores data in EU-based cloud infrastructure under GDPR Article 28 agreements.
Pricing is usage-based rather than per-seat, tied to the number of candidates contacted, with unlimited search and shortlists on paid plans. Nova Recruiter launched in beta in December 2025 and publicly in April 2026, reaching about $200,000 in ARR within its first eight weeks, and Nova has extended its funding to roughly $4.7 million while targeting a Series A.

Integrations
Native MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets recruiters run searches, build shortlists, and launch campaigns from Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible assistant without opening the Nova UI. Integrates with 60+ ATS platforms (to see existing pipeline and auto-push candidates on positive replies), Gmail and Outlook for outreach and tracking, and custom integrations via API. Data is stored in EU-based cloud infrastructure under GDPR Article 28 agreements.
In practice
Keyword search keeps surfacing people who stuffed the right buzzwords and none who can do the job. Nova ranks candidates on a merit-based Talent Score built from company quality, career progression, and seniority, not keyword matching.
Personalized outreach to fifty candidates means fifty hours you don't have. Nova's outreach writer drafts an individual message for each candidate and its response drafter suggests replies, with you approving at every step.
You'd rather not learn another recruiting interface. Nova connects over MCP, so you can find candidates, score them, and launch a campaign straight from Claude or ChatGPT.
