Traza deploys AI workers into procurement and supply chain workflows for large manufacturers and construction companies, handling RFQs, change orders, supplier onboarding, order tracking, supplier communication, invoicing, compliance and exceptions autonomously. It positions itself as a system of action on top of existing systems of record: workers read, write and operate directly on the ERP, drafting RFQs, querying systems, reconciling invoices and updating purchase orders. Workers retain supplier decisions, benchmarks and policy state between tasks, so multi step campaigns like vendor onboarding proceed without lost context. Governance is built in: anything with meaningful financial or compliance exposure requires human approval before it executes, while lower risk actions run autonomously and everything is logged, and security teams can replay decisions and override agents. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access to ERP data is limited to worker execution, permissions are granular per team, per worker and per integration, every worker action is timestamped and signed for audit, and policy templates reflect standards such as ISO, ITAR and OSHA. Traza is built specifically for physical industry procurement, where supplier relationships, compliance and multi tier networks differ from software procurement.
