Pelico

Pelico is a manufacturing and supply chain orchestration platform for complex, discrete manufacturers. Its Manufacturing Orchestrator backbone unifies, cleans, and enriches data across suppliers, production, inventory, quality, maintenance, and customers into a single real time operational truth spanning multi level bills of materials and multiple plants, connecting ERP, MES, PLM, and TMS systems and factory floor sensors without requiring changes to them. On that foundation, specialized domain AI agents continuously anticipate material coverage risk and disruptions, determine how the impact ripples upstream and downstream across builds, deliveries, and revenue, and evaluate recovery options such as alternates, stock transfers, resequencing, or supplier trade offs, simulating their effect on on time delivery, backlog, and revenue before recommending the best path. The agents then orchestrate cross functional recovery across procurement, production, quality, and customer service in a closed loop, assigning actions, updating plans, notifying partners, or carrying out defined steps within set parameters, with humans retaining approval and oversight, and a write back engine that pushes validated updates automatically into ERP, MES, and planning tools. Recommendations are explainable and auditable and grounded in the customer's validated data.
