Parashift

Parashift AG (Sissach and Zurich, Switzerland, founded 2018) is an agentic intelligent document processing platform. Beyond passive extraction, its agentic workflows pursue goals: they reconcile extracted invoice or document data against ERP master records, resolve discrepancies, query CRM systems, automatically email suppliers about mismatches, flag processes for resubmission, and trigger downstream business transactions, lifting straight-through processing rates from a typical 60 to 70 percent toward over 90 percent. The platform combines proprietary Parashift language models, One Touch Learning, and Document Swarm Learning with optional third-party LLMs, all governed by a central governance engine. It offers 400 to 600 out-of-the-box document types, confidence-based routing of low-confidence cases to human validators, and prebuilt connectors for SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, JobRouter, and d.velop. Data can run inside an EU-sovereign vault, on-premises, or air-gapped, with ISO 27001, GDPR, and EU AI Act readiness and audit-proof logging.
