Autonomous procurement-negotiation agent that runs multi-stage supplier negotiation events (by Beroe).

Nnamu is an autonomous procurement-negotiation solution that pairs game theory with AI to run supplier sourcing events. Founded in Germany as nnamu GmbH, it was acquired by Beroe Inc., a global procurement decision-intelligence company, in March 2025, and now operates as part of Beroe's platform, with the original nnamu team continuing under a new German entity.

The product recommends the best negotiation strategy, simulates supplier behavior, and runs autonomous, multi-stage events that blend auctions and structured negotiation. The approach is transparent and auditable, designed to be a format suppliers accept and a process buyers can trust, and it spans tail, tactical, and strategic spend through a strategy advisor and a hands-off negotiation bot.

Nnamu's negotiation agent is built on a 20-year dataset of more than 2,000 negotiations run by over 100 game-theory and economics specialists, with cumulative value exceeding 400 billion euros. Beroe has been folding its own proprietary market intelligence into the agent and integrating it into the Beroe Live.ai platform. Reported outcomes include average total-value savings of up to 15 percent at roughly twice the speed of manual events, with customers such as BT Sourced, JLR, and Deutsche Bahn.

Nnamu was founded by co-CEOs Christian Paul and Martin Walter, and following the acquisition it sits within Beroe, a procurement-intelligence company founded in 2006 and led by founder and CEO Vel Dhinagaravel. Access is through Beroe on a sales-led basis.

Use cases & customers

In practice

Your team only has bandwidth to negotiate the biggest contracts, so tail spend goes unmanaged. Nnamu runs autonomous, multi-stage negotiation events across tail, tactical, and strategic spend.

You're walking into a supplier negotiation without a strategy. Nnamu recommends the approach and simulates how the supplier is likely to behave, drawing on a dataset of more than 2,000 past negotiations.

Suppliers balk at opaque reverse auctions. Nnamu's process is built to be transparent and auditable, a format suppliers accept and buyers can trust, now available through Beroe's platform.
