Compliance agents for banks and fintechs that run KYB, KYC, AML and enhanced due diligence reviews to a risk rating in minutes, composed from a library of checks and callable through a public API.

Parcha builds artificial intelligence agents that do the manual work of financial compliance for banks, fintechs, lenders and crypto businesses. Where a compliance team once spent hours reading corporate documents, mapping ownership and writing a risk rationale by hand, a Parcha agent researches the applicant across registries, watchlists, media, social profiles and its own website, verifies documents such as articles of incorporation, ownership records, proof of address and source of funds with fraud detection, maps beneficial owners, screens against sanctions, watchlists, politically exposed persons and adverse media, and returns a risk assessment with the sources behind every finding in minutes.

Eight ready made agents cover KYB verification, enhanced due diligence, individual and business AML screening, merchant category classification, document verification, marketplace seller verification and vendor due diligence, and a library of more than twenty checks lets a team compose its own agent to match its procedures, risk tolerance and policies, with the customer in control of how the AI carries out each step.

Agents run through the Agent Hub or through a documented public API that takes a full KYB or KYC review or a single check from the customer's onboarding workflow, queues the job, runs its checks in parallel and posts the completed assessment to a webhook, using either Parcha's integrated global data providers or the customer's own data. The company states coverage of more than ninety watchlists, a hundred and forty business jurisdictions and two hundred languages, and customers including Pipe, Bancoli, Flutterwave and Bridge. Each customer runs in a private instance with single sign on and granular access controls, and Parcha holds a SOC 2 Type 2 report from a third party auditor. Parcha is sold through a sales conversation.

Use cases & customers

In practice

A crypto exchange must onboard a business customer fast without missing a sanctions hit. Parcha's due diligence agent researches the entity, verifies its documents, screens global watchlists, and returns a risk rating in minutes with full source documentation.

A fintech's compliance team is buried in routine Level 1 reviews. Parcha automates them so analysts move to high impact investigations, denying businesses that fail anti money laundering requirements ninety percent faster without adding headcount.

A bank needs continuous monitoring, not just onboarding checks. Running inside Alloy, Parcha re runs due diligence whenever a customer's information changes or suspicious activity appears, keeping the risk picture current across the customer lifecycle.

Integrations & Tool Calling Partial

Parcha can use its own integrated data providers or apply its agents to the customer's existing data integrations, as the API introduction puts it, and the product page says the agents are integrated with multiple global data providers; each agent step is a tool Parcha supplies, with a data loader. The direction is reading from data sources and returning an assessment to the customer by webhook. Nothing shows authenticated action in the customer's outside systems, and customers cannot add their own tools or wire in their own connectors.

Workflow Orchestration Full

An agent is a configured sequence of steps, each a tool command with its own instructions and data loader, with prerequisite loaders chaining one step's output into the next. A job is validated and queued in an asynchronous engine, runs its data loaders and then its checks in parallel, and generates a final assessment. The product page shows the KYB agent running eight integrated checks to a risk assessment, and Agent Hub lets a team choose and customize agents from a library of more than twenty checks, so customers get a builder as well as the sequence.

Knowledge Grounding & RAG Partial

Every determination is grounded in sources the agent gathers for that job. Data loaders run at the start of each job against registries and watchlists, media, and the applicant's documents, drawing on more than a hundred external data sources according to the product page FAQ, and each check returns its sources. That context is assembled per run over outside sources; nothing describes a maintained index, graph or embeddings layer over the customer's own knowledge that persists across jobs, and 'Connect your compliance data' on the product page is a single line.

Human Oversight & Guardrails Partial

The product page says the customer is always in control of how AI carries out each step of the workflow and that guardrails and limitations are placed on the AI, and the agent configuration gives the customer the instructions for every step. The agent returns a risk assessment for the compliance team to act on rather than approving or denying anyone itself. No approval gate or escalation step inside a run is documented publicly; the case review surface in Agent Hub sits behind sign in.

Security, Identity & Governance Full

Both halves sit on the vendor's own product page: SOC 2 Type 2 compliance as evaluated by a third party security auditor, repeated as SOC 2 Type II certified in the site footer, and an access surface for the customer, a private instance per customer with SSO and granular access controls. The trust center at trust.parcha.com runs on Vanta, and its control detail beyond that sentence is not visible as plain text.

Observability & Auditability Full

Each determination carries detailed source documentation for audit trails, according to the product page, and the documented job flow returns a job object holding every check's result to the customer by webhook and through retrieval endpoints. The sources and reasoning behind a risk rating can therefore be reconstructed after the fact. A log of user actions is not documented publicly for customers, though the Agent Hub announcement refers to an audit log.

Memory & State Persistence Not documented

Each job runs its data loaders fresh and produces an assessment, and cases and jobs are stored records addressed by case ID, the application's data model rather than a memory layer: deleting them deletes the compliance record. Nothing describes memory with a stated scope and lifetime across jobs, or session state in a conversation.

Deployment & Data Residency Not documented

The privacy policy (10 October 2025) says personal information may be stored and processed in any country where the company has facilities or service providers, including the United States. The product page gives each customer a private instance, which is tenant isolation inside Parcha's own hosting. There is no region selection, customer cloud or on premises option, so a buyer with a different requirement has nothing to choose. The trust center at trust.parcha.com renders only in the browser, so any detail it holds does not show as text.

Prebuilt Agents, Templates & Packs Full

Eight named agents in the site navigation are complete reviews a customer adopts as is: KYB Verification, Enhanced Due Diligence, Person AML Screening, Business AML Screening, MCC Classification, Document Verification, Marketplace Seller Verification and Vendor Due Diligence. They sit over a browsable library of more than twenty compliance checks the customer composes into its own agent. Each stands alone: remove Vendor Due Diligence and KYB Verification is still a whole product.

Triggers & Channel Coverage Partial

A case started in Agent Hub or submitted from the customer's onboarding workflow is what starts an agent, and the product page documents legal entity monitoring with status change alerts as a recurring re check on one check. Webhooks in the job flow notify the customer of completion and run outward. No schedule, event trigger or inbound channel the customer can configure is documented beyond case submission.

Model Flexibility & Routing Not documented

Parcha names no model provider on its product page, API introduction or agent configuration reference, and no customer or admin can select a model; the configuration exposes tools, instructions and data loaders per step, not a model field. The trust center and any subprocessor list render only in the browser and may say more.

APIs, SDKs & MCP Extensibility Full

A public developer portal at docs.parcha.ai documents the Parcha API for Parcha's own platform. It covers sign up, credentials and authentication, then endpoints that start a KYB or KYC agent job or run a single check. Results come back through retrieval endpoints and webhooks on completion, and jobs can run in batches. An OpenAPI specification is published, along with the agent configuration format the endpoints execute. No SDK package or MCP server is documented.

Testing, Debugging & Optimization Not documented

No test harness, scored test cases, quality gate or optimization loop for an agent configuration appears on the product page, the API introduction or the agent configuration reference. The accuracy figures on the product page are the vendor's own benchmark of its own product, which is marketing. Parcha's Agent Hub announcement describes testing agents against sandbox sample data before deployment, and the API index lists feedback endpoints, so either may offer more than the core documentation shows.

SourceParcha, docs.parcha.ai/introduction and parcha.ai/agents/kyb-verificationread 2026-09-06

Browser & Computer Use Partial

The web presence check is a documented agent tool with its own data loader that, at run time and for each job, fetches and analyzes the applicant's website, social media profiles and directory listings to verify legitimacy. That is doing the work rather than building an index, so it is web scraping at run time as a documented tool, not an ingestion crawler. No browser, desktop or computer control driven by the agent is documented.
