NudgeBee
Also known as: NuBi, NudgeBee AI
AI agentic platform for SRE, FinOps and Cloud Ops: NuBi the SRE agent plus more than 30 prebuilt cloud ops agents on a semantic knowledge graph that triage, root cause and execute fixes through pull requests and runbooks, with self hosting, bring your own model and full human in the loop guardrails.
NudgeBee is an AI agentic workflow platform for SRE, Cloud Ops and support teams that unifies incident response, cloud cost optimization and Kubernetes operations, three jobs that usually need three separate tool stacks, on a single shared context. At its core sits NuBi, the SRE AI agent, alongside a library of more than 30 prebuilt cloud ops agents and four purpose built assistants for troubleshooting, FinOps, Kubernetes and general cloud ops. A proprietary Semantic Knowledge Graph and Enterprise Context Layer correlate logs, metrics, traces, code, configuration, tickets and topology into one explainable graph, so the agents do not just detect problems but triage alerts, find root cause and execute fixes through pull requests, runbooks and automations, compressing mean time to resolution from hours to minutes and cutting cloud waste by 40 to 60 percent. Every production action runs behind enterprise guardrails: RBAC, multi factor authentication, configurable approval gates and full audit trails, with the principle that the agent recommends and the engineer decides, and any action can be rolled back. NudgeBee is model agnostic with bring your own model support across OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, Gemini, Llama and self hosted small language models, and it deploys as cloud SaaS or fully self hosted in a customer VPC, private cloud or air gapped environment with no data egress, encrypted credentials held under the customer's own key, and an open source core that makes its privacy claims auditable. A no code workflow builder lets teams encode their own agentic automations and custom agents, and the platform integrates with AWS, Azure, GCP and on premises Kubernetes, observability tools such as Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk and Grafana, ITSM systems including ServiceNow and Jira, and chat through Slack, Teams and Google Chat. Founded in 2024 by Rakesh Rajendran and Shiv Pratap Singh and out of stealth in early 2025, NudgeBee raised a $3 million seed led by Kalaari Capital and counts Rackspace among its early enterprise deployments.

Integrations
Integrates across AWS (EKS, Fargate, ECS, Lambda), Azure (AKS, Container Apps, Functions), GCP (GKE, Cloud Run) and on premises Kubernetes (OpenShift, Rancher); observability tools including Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Loki and Grafana; ITSM and ticketing such as ServiceNow, Jira and GitHub Issues; and messaging through Slack, Microsoft Teams and Google Chat. It queries tools by API only so telemetry never leaves the customer environment, and executes fixes through pull requests, runbooks and automations.

| Memory & State PersistenceThe Enterprise Context Layer and Semantic Knowledge Graph persist incident history, topology and workflow state, and the SRE agent uses historical incident data for deduplication and urgency plus global tenant and account level context, though this is an enterprise context layer more than explicit per agent conversational memory (Kalaari memo; docs.nudgebee.com FAQ). | Partial |

Pricing
Free developer tier and a self host free forever option; paid production and enterprise tiers are priced on request, also available via the AWS and Azure marketplaces.
Open source core free; paid production and enterprise tiers by subscription (sales or marketplace)
Cost watchouts
Self hosted and open source deployments shift model and compute cost onto the customer's own infrastructure and LLM provider; enterprise VPC deployments and 24/7 support are priced separately.
Variable cost rationale
The open source and self hosted tiers run on the customer's own infrastructure with bring your own model, so variable cost is the customer's own compute and LLM spend; the managed SaaS includes a model but usage based marketplace billing applies, giving moderate and controllable exposure.

Key ambiguities
The tier structure and open source core are public, but specific paid production and enterprise prices are not published and are quoted by sales or via the cloud marketplaces.
