TierZero

TierZero is an AI production agent platform for IT operations and AIOps that covers the full post-deployment lifecycle, incident response, alert triage, internal support, CI/CD failures and proactive issue discovery, aiming to handle 60 to 70 percent of operational work versus the 20 to 30 percent typical of narrower AI SRE tools. Six agents investigate across the stack, build a persistent memory of the infrastructure from every investigation and resolved incident, and execute remediation such as rollback, restart and feature-flag toggles with human-in-the-loop approval and transparent evidence chains. TierZero is SOC 2 Type II certified and HIPAA compliant, offers full on-premises deployment via Terraform on AWS or GCP, and is in production at companies like Drata, which reported a 42 percent MTTR reduction. It was founded by engineering leaders from Meta and Niantic.
