Enterprise AI agent platform that unifies systems, knowledge, and actions into one reasoning engine to autonomously resolve up to ninety three percent of support queries across every channel.

Maven AGI is an enterprise AI agent platform for customer experience, built to resolve issues rather than deflect them. Founded in 2023 by Jonathan Corbin, formerly a customer success leader at HubSpot, alongside Sami Shalabi from Google and Eugene Mann from Stripe, the company has raised more than seventy eight million dollars, including a fifty million dollar Series B led by Dell Technologies Capital with Cisco Investments and Schneider Electric's venture arm. It serves more than fifty companies including Tripadvisor, ClickUp, Rho, and Clio, and frames its longer term ambition as building Business AGI across the enterprise.

The platform unifies enterprise systems, knowledge, and actions into a single reasoning engine so an agent can reason, act, and improve with every interaction. It autonomously resolves up to ninety three percent of incoming queries, validating identity, checking transaction status, updating records, and issuing refunds or replacements end to end without escalation. When a case needs a person, an AI Copilot augments the human agent with real time suggestions, context, and draft responses. Agents ground their answers in live version accurate knowledge bases using retrieval augmented generation to minimize hallucination.

Speed comes from breadth of integration. Maven ships more than a hundred out of the box integrations across Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Genesys, Twilio, and Slack, unifying fragmented systems into one secure system of record so customers go live in days rather than months. A no code AI Agent Designer lets teams build, fine tune, test, and monitor agent behavior, and a developer community builds extensions on the platform. Agents operate across chat, email, voice, web, and app channels, and act proactively to anticipate and resolve issues before customers report them.

Trust is built into the architecture.

Maven is certified for SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022, for PCI DSS v4.0 Level 1 and for HIPAA, and states further ISO certifications and GDPR, CCPA and CPRA attestations as expected in Q1 2026, with single sign on and directory provisioning through providers like Okta, Entra, and SAML, role based access, and secure auditable actions that the company describes as governed and traceable by default.

Built in controls bring determinism to otherwise probabilistic AI workflows. Customers report resolution rates between eighty and ninety three percent and cost per ticket reductions up to eighty percent, positioning Maven as critical infrastructure for the AI enabled enterprise.

Use cases & customers

In practice

A customer asks about a failed payment. Maven validates their identity, checks the transaction status in the connected system, updates the record, and resolves the case end to end, all without transferring to a human agent.

An enterprise runs support on Salesforce, Zendesk, and Slack. Maven sits on top of the existing stack, goes live in days, and lets its agents take real actions like refunds and record updates, cutting handoffs and escalations.

A support leader wants to build agents without engineering. Maven's no code AI Agent Designer lets the team build, test, and monitor agent behavior, launching meaningful use cases in days rather than weeks.

Integrations & Tool Calling Full

More than a hundred out of the box integrations span help desk, CRM and telephony, named as Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Genesys, Twilio and Slack, unified into one layer without data migration. The agent acts rather than reads, validating identity, checking transaction status, updating records and issuing refunds or replacements end to end, and Maven states it drives action across a customer's existing help desk, CRM and telephony.

Sourcemavenagi.comread 2026-09-05

Workflow Orchestration Full

Maven runs multi-step work on a single reasoning engine: it reasons through multi-step requests, takes actions in the customer's tools and adapts to edge cases with no decision trees to maintain, resolving an inquiry end to end by validating identity, checking transaction status, updating records and issuing a refund or replacement without escalation. The platform is organized as agents each owning a specific outcome across the customer journey, with escalation handing a person a pre-filled brief.

Knowledge Grounding & RAG Partial

Answers are grounded in what Maven calls governed knowledge, drawn from live version-accurate knowledge bases through retrieval-augmented generation, with the platform unifying knowledge and personalization sources across fragmented systems into one layer. No index, embeddings layer, retrieval architecture, refresh behavior or source level citation is documented, so a maintained retrieval structure is asserted rather than shown.

Sourcemavenagi.com/product/agent-platformread 2026-09-05

Human Oversight & Guardrails Partial

Maven names defined guardrails and governed knowledge as what makes autonomous resolution reliable at enterprise scale, alongside AI-powered support for humans in the loop, and the agent escalates beyond its capabilities with a pre-filled brief carrying customer history, attempted resolutions and a confidence score so the person does not start from zero. Guardrails are named rather than described, and no pre-send approval surface, sign-off step or policy threshold holding a sensitive action for a person is documented on any Maven page.

Security, Identity & Governance Full

Both the compliance posture and the access surface are documented. Maven is certified for SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001:2022, PCI DSS v4.0 Level 1 and HIPAA/HITECH, with a trust center at trust.mavenagi.com and a Data Processing Agreement carrying standard contractual clauses, technical and organizational measures and subprocessor lists.

Access controls include single sign-on and directory provisioning through Okta, Entra and SAML, role-based access, two-factor authentication for agents and admins, secure salted credential storage, and audit logs covering account, user and app changes, business rules, ticket deletions and settings. ISO 27701, 42001, 27017 and 27018 and the GDPR, CCPA and CPRA attestations are stated as expected in Q1 2026 rather than held.

Observability & Auditability Partial

Audit logging is documented at account level in the product documentation, covering account changes, user changes, app changes, business rules, ticket deletions and settings, and a real-time dashboard tracks every deflection, escalation and cost saved with resolution, deflection and NPS metrics. That is a record of administrative change and outcome reporting, not reconstruction of a run, and no step-level decision trace, tool-call log or retrieval record for an individual agent action is documented.

Memory & State Persistence Not documented

Nothing documents a memory layer with a stated scope or lifetime. The platform integrates personalization sources and draws on prior interactions to answer in context, and it learns from every conversation, but that is retrieval over connected systems and model improvement rather than state the agent retains with a scope a buyer can name and delete. The persistent stores the product does keep are its knowledge bases.

Sourcemavenagi.com/product/agent-platformread 2026-09-05

Deployment & Data Residency Partial

Two Maven sources point different ways on residency. The security documentation states that Maven hosts service data primarily in Azure, Google and AWS data centers, naming no regions and offering no selection, which on its own describes Maven's infrastructure rather than an offering.

A glossary page separately claims multi-region and multi-language deployments for enterprises, which is the only support for a residency capability and is generic marketing prose with nothing enumerated behind it. The Data Processing Agreement relies on standard contractual clauses for international transfers, which is legal cover rather than residency. No VPC, single-tenant or self-hosted option appears anywhere.

Prebuilt Agents, Templates & Packs Partial

Adoptable assets exist but the customer assembles them: a no-code AI Agent Designer for building and fine-tuning agents, more than a hundred out-of-the-box integrations, and a platform framed as one agent per outcome across the customer journey. No prebuilt agent catalog, template gallery or marketplace of packaged agents the customer browses and selects is documented on any Maven page, and the named agents are described as outcomes the platform covers rather than assets adopted as units.

Sourcemavenagi.comread 2026-09-05

Triggers & Channel Coverage Full

Customers reach the agent across text, email, web, voice and in-app channels, with voice-to-voice agents and telephony driven through the customer's existing stack, and Maven also acts proactively to anticipate and resolve issues before a customer reports them, so the agent both receives and initiates.

Sourcemavenagi.com/product/agent-platformread 2026-09-05

Model Flexibility & Routing Not documented

No model selection, routing or bring-your-own-model control is exposed to the customer anywhere on the product surface, and no provider is named on any Maven page: Maven describes itself as an intelligence layer between enterprise data, models and teams without disclosing which models. A model provider's own customer story says the platform is built on its frontier models, but Maven itself names none. The subprocessor list, which is where providers are usually named, sits inside the DPA on the trust center rather than on a public page.

APIs, SDKs & MCP Extensibility Full

Maven documents a developer platform for its own product: SDKs published in Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, PHP and Swift alongside the APIs, with a dedicated developer site at developers.mavenagi.com and an extension model teams build against across conversational surfaces, copilots, knowledge, personalization, actions and data movement.

Sourcemavenagi.com/resources/platform-launchread 2026-09-05

Testing, Debugging & Optimization Partial

A no-code AI Agent Designer lets teams build, fine-tune, test and monitor agent behavior before and after go-live, and a real-time dashboard tracks deflection, escalation, resolution and NPS so a change can be judged against outcomes. The test function is named at product level without a simulation environment, scenario set or scored evaluation of the agent behind it, so there is no readable verdict on a proposed change before customers see it.

Sourcemavenagi.com/product/agent-platformread 2026-09-05

Browser & Computer Use Not documented

No browser control, hosted session, virtual desktop or computer use appears on any Maven page. Maven takes action through its integration layer and published APIs into help desk, CRM and telephony systems, so the route out is programmatic.
