Its AI agents work through the same sequence a skilled underwriting assistant would, only faster and around the clock, receiving and classifying attachments, extracting fields like coverage limits and loss histories, converting SOVs to a standard format, validating for inconsistencies and coverage gaps against underwriting guidelines, enriching with third-party and web data, and drafting a decline, refer, or proceed triage recommendation with the reasoning laid out for human review. Rather than a single model, it routes across OpenAI, Anthropic, and other providers, using whichever delivers the best outcome for a given step, and worked directly with OpenAI to stress-test its infrastructure on real 900-page loss runs.
