Eudia

Eudia is an Augmented Intelligence platform built for the in house legal departments of Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. Founded in 2023 and based in Palo Alto, California, it spent eighteen months in stealth before launching in early 2025 with up to one hundred five million dollars in Series A funding led by General Catalyst. Its founders are chief executive Omar Haroun, who previously led AI strategy at Relativity and founded Text IQ, and chief technology officer Ashish Agrawal, a veteran of Amazon, Apple, and Google.

The platform is organized around an Enterprise Brain, a proprietary layer that ingests a company's contracts, policies, precedents, and prior decisions and codifies the judgment of its legal experts. From that foundation Eudia builds Expert Digital Twins, AI representations of an organization's best lawyers that let business teams get governed legal guidance without pulling an attorney into every request. The twins learn a specific expert's judgment and standards, not just a static playbook, and flag when work deviates from them.

Within the Enterprise Brain, governed decision engines that Eudia calls MINDs handle real business problems across contracting, compliance, procurement, intellectual property, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions, and its Sigma suite of agents handles tasks from clause redlining to regulatory questions. The design is governance first. Agents operate inside defined workflows, pass through human validation gates, and return citation backed outputs, with version control, audit trails, and role based access wrapped around every twin.

Eudia is embedded directly in the systems where legal work happens, including Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and iManage, and its early customers include Cargill, DHL, Duracell, Coherent, Stripe, Intuit, Airbnb, and the United States government, which awarded the company an Air Force research contract. The company has also launched Eudia Counsel, an AI augmented law firm approved under Arizona's alternative business structure rules, pairing its platform with human lawyers on contracting and merger diligence work.
