Superapp
Also known as: Superappp, superappp.com, NZT48, Inc, Selfdrive, superapp.dev
Superapp is an AI builder that turns a plain English description into native Swift apps for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac plus a website, with a managed Superapp Cloud backend or Supabase, RevenueCat payments and guided App Store submission. Its Selfdrive agent then markets the published app every night across Apple Ads, App Store optimization, SEO and creator campaigns, acting only on tasks the owner approves.
Superapp, operated by NZT48, Inc and sold at superapp.dev (superappp.com redirects there), builds native Apple apps rather than web wrappers or cross platform code. It runs in the browser, where it manages the whole environment, or as a Mac app that keeps the Swift and Xcode project in a local folder that Claude Code, Codex or Xcode can also work on, and the full project can be exported at any time.
From a description, Figma frames, a website or an app built elsewhere, Superapp plans the first version and generates SwiftUI screens and behavior, with Superapp Cloud supplying accounts, a synced database, storage, access rules and server side logic, or a self managed Supabase project on Mac.
RevenueCat or StoreKit handle subscriptions, a simulator preview and QR or USB device installs support testing, and the publishing flow prepares the build, metadata, screenshots and privacy answers for App Store submission.
Selfdrive, in beta, connects to any App Store app, proposes a growth plan, and every night at 03:00 UTC runs approved tasks across Apple Ads, listing updates, website articles and creator campaigns before emailing a morning report.
There is a free plan with starter credits in most countries. Pro costs $25 a month for 50 credits, Business $50 for 110 credits with cheaper credits and priority support, and Max $100 for 230 credits plus Selfdrive, Apple Ads, ASO, SEO, creator campaigns and advanced analytics; roughly one credit builds one screen, and top ups cost $18 for 30 credits. A Teams plan with shared credits, roles and GitHub integration is on a waitlist.
Superapp fits founders, creators and small businesses that want a real native iPhone or Mac app they own and help getting it into the App Store and in front of users. It fits less well for Android, teams that need security certifications or a choice of named models, or builders who want an API to drive the builder from their own tools.

Integrations
Superapp Cloud (auth, database, storage, access rules, server side logic); self managed Supabase on Mac; RevenueCat and Apple StoreKit payments; Figma connection; Apple Developer and App Store Connect for signing, TestFlight and submission; Apple Ads, App Store Connect analytics and creator campaigns through Selfdrive; any third party or custom API generated from its documentation; local coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex on Mac projects.
In practice
A founder describes an interval running app, tests the first build on an iPhone through the QR code flow, adds accounts and synced history with Superapp Cloud, and submits it to the App Store through the guided publishing flow.
A designer connects Figma, points Superapp at the onboarding and dashboard frames, and gets a SwiftUI project that a developer later opens in Xcode on the Mac version.
An indie developer connects an existing App Store app to Selfdrive, approves an Apple Ads campaign within a set budget and two listing updates, and reads the morning report of downloads and what ran overnight.

Superapp Cloud gives an app accounts, a synced database, file storage, access rules and server side logic for integrations and private keys, and Mac projects can connect a self managed Supabase project instead. Payments run through an integrated RevenueCat workflow or Apple StoreKit, Figma connects by sign in, and Superapp signs in to the builder's Apple Developer team to build and submit apps. Any outside API, such as Airtable, Google Sheets or Notion, is wired in from its documentation, and Selfdrive works directly in App Store Connect and Apple Ads. From a description, Superapp plans the first version and generates the native Swift interface and behavior, then carries a release through build, signing, metadata, screenshots, privacy declarations and App Store submission. Selfdrive turns a connected app into a growth plan of tasks across Apple Ads, App Store optimization, website articles and creator campaigns, each moving from Proposed to Scheduled, Running and Completed, with failed tasks keeping their error for a retry. A website for the app can be generated in the same workspace. Sourcesuperapp.dev/docs/selfdrive-tasks-and-approvalsread 2026-10-18 |

| Knowledge Grounding & RAG | Partial |

Connected Figma frames, a public website, screenshots of signed in flows and existing apps from Lovable or Replit serve as references for a native rebuild, and logos, photos, fonts and copy can be supplied as production assets. For integrations the builder shares the provider's API documentation and example responses. Selfdrive grounds its proposals in the app's App Store listing, reviews, keywords, competitors and analytics, but there is no document library or retrieval over a team's own knowledge. | Human Oversight & Guardrails | Full |

Selfdrive never changes an App Store listing, submits a version, launches a campaign, briefs a creator or posts an article until the builder approves that task, every task shows its objective, evidence and exact changes, and ad and creator spend stays inside the budget written on the approved task. On the building side, any earlier version can be restored after the agent finishes, and a diagnosis first prompt asks for an explanation before a single bounded fix. App Store submission is finished by the builder in App Store Connect. Sourcesuperapp.dev/docs/selfdriveread 2026-10-18 |

| Security, Identity & Governance | Partial |

Private credentials belong in Superapp's secure environment settings or a backend rather than in app code, prompts or source control, Superapp Cloud enforces access rules on the backend, and Selfdrive stores the Apple sign in encrypted, never stores the password and can be revoked at any time. Accounts can be permanently deleted with their data. Usage and code generations may be analyzed to improve the service, and there is no single sign on, role model outside the Teams waitlist or security certification. Actual AI and tool usage is recorded for each step and converted into credits, and Superapp Cloud usage is broken down by project and resource. Selfdrive shows every task's status, evidence and any error, a dashboard of downloads, impressions and product page views from App Store Connect, and a daily report of what changed. The edit history lists each version with its message and time, but there is no step by step trace export or connection to outside monitoring. Sourcesuperapp.dev/docs/creditsread 2026-10-18 |

| Memory & State Persistence | Partial |
|
Each project keeps a history of earlier versions, and on Mac the project is a normal local folder that persists between sessions and can be committed to version control. When a Selfdrive task is skipped, the builder can say why, whether not useful, already done or wrong, so the agent proposes better tasks next time. No memory of a builder's preferences carries between projects beyond the project itself and the Selfdrive task history. Sourcesuperapp.dev/docs/history-and-recoveryread 2026-10-18 |

Builders work either on the web, where the environment is managed and Superapp Cloud is the backend, or in a Mac app that keeps the native Swift and Xcode project in a local folder on the builder's computer. The full Xcode project exports at any time, Mac projects can use a self managed Supabase backend, and finished apps ship to the App Store for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac. The AI service itself is hosted by Superapp with no self hosted edition or region choice. Sourcesuperapp.dev/docs/web-or-macread 2026-10-18 |

| Prebuilt Agents / Templates / Packs | Partial |

Selfdrive comes as a ready made marketing agent with four channels, Apple Ads, App Store optimization, a website with SEO and GEO, and creator campaigns, and it works on any App Store app, not only those built in Superapp. App building starts from a built in design system whose typography, color, spacing and components can be customized to a brand. There is no library of starter app templates; projects begin from a prompt, Figma frames or an existing site. Sourcesuperapp.dev/docs/selfdriveread 2026-10-18 |

Selfdrive wakes on its own every night at 03:00 UTC to read App Store Connect analytics, check Apple Ads delivery and creator campaigns, run the tasks approved for that night and propose new ones, with approved website articles written an hour later. Each morning a report email per app lists results, what was done, what needs a decision and what is waiting, and replying in the Selfdrive chat continues the conversation. App building itself starts from a prompt in Superapp on the web or the Mac app. Sourcesuperapp.dev/docs/nightly-run-and-daily-reportread 2026-10-18 |

| Model Flexibility & Routing | Not documented |
|
The builder chooses between Superapp's modes, with Smart for everyday work, Genius as a more capable mode and a Chat mode, and paid plans add smarter models, but the modes are not tied to named models or providers, and there is no way to bring a key. Credits are the model and tool cost for each step multiplied by three, so more capable modes spend credits faster. Model choice in practice means picking a Superapp tier. | APIs / SDKs / MCP Extensibility | Not documented |
|
No API, SDK, command line tool or MCP server lets an outside tool create projects, prompt Superapp or start a submission. On Mac the project is a normal local folder that Claude Code, Codex or Xcode can edit directly, with one tool writing at a time and the builder responsible for reviewing those changes, and the full Swift and Xcode project can be exported or handed to developers at any time. Multi step work includes checking and correcting the result, a revert triggers a fresh build automatically, and a simulator preview runs every build, with 240 to 960 preview minutes by plan. Builds install on a real iPhone or iPad through a QR code on the web or USB on Mac, and TestFlight handles signed betas. Guides cover reading the first Swift or Xcode error and diagnosing before fixing, but Superapp does not write or run test suites for the app. Sourcesuperapp.dev/docs/test-on-your-deviceread 2026-10-18 |

Given a public website URL, Superapp reads it as a reference and rebuilds the important pages and flows as native SwiftUI, while areas behind a sign in need screenshots instead, which makes it a reader of public pages. Selfdrive runs its research prompts through ChatGPT in the background and records the answers, cited pages and searches. No agent clicks through websites, fills in forms or controls a desktop. Monthly subscription by credit tier, with one time credit top ups on paid plans; Apple Ads spend and creator budgets paid separately
Included quota
Pro 50 credits and 240 preview minutes a month; Business 110 credits and 480 minutes; Max 230 credits and 960 minutes plus Selfdrive. Roughly one credit builds one screen.
What is public
All three paid plans with credits, preview minutes and features, plus the top up price.
Billing mechanics
Self serve monthly subscription through Stripe, cancel anytime, with one time credit top ups; Teams by waitlist and demo.
Cost watchouts
Apple Developer account at $99 a year; Apple Ads spend and creator campaign budgets; Superapp Cloud usage drawn from credits; Selfdrive tasks need the Max plan.
Variable cost rationale
Building credits track the actual model and tool cost of each step, more capable modes and long debugging runs spend faster, and Superapp Cloud usage draws on the same balance, while Selfdrive's Apple Ads spend and creator payouts come from separate budgets the owner funds.
Additional watchouts
Creators in Selfdrive campaigns are paid from a prefunded budget, and shortfalls must be funded within 7 days.
Overage / add-ons
Paid plans buy top ups at $18 for 30 credits, valid 12 months and carried across billing cycles; Pro rolls unused credits over once.
Sales call required
Mixed (some tiers require a call)
Free / trial
Free plan with free credits to start in most countries; Selfdrive growth plan free, running its tasks needs Max
Lowest paid plan
Pro at $25 a month: 50 credits, credit rollover, automated App Store publishing, an app website, smarter AI models, top ups, Figma import, email support and 240 preview minutes
Commercial notes
Max is listed at $100 a month against a $200 reference price; partners earn a 30% recurring commission.
Key ambiguities
Credits per request vary with the model mode, context and verification, and the free plan is not offered in some regions.
Cancellation / refund
Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime; fees are non refundable unless required by law.
Support SLA / resale
Email support on Pro, priority support on Business; hands on help from the founder team with App Store submission when needed.
Missing data
Annual pricing, free credit amount and Teams pricing.
