Planned is an AI operating system for corporate meetings and events that builds AI agents into the sourcing workflow and pairs them with expert human service. A planner describes an event in their own words and Planned's AI builds a structured brief, asks the right follow up questions, and applies the company's policies automatically, then reaches out to relevant suppliers, pre processes RFPs by removing questions it already has answers to from years of supplier conversations, collects quotes, and compiles them into an apples to apples comparison. From there it generates contract summaries for review, lets planners approve within policy and sign, and processes payment as vendor of record so there is one invoice, full spend visibility, and nothing to reconcile. The AI sources, negotiates, reads contracts, processes invoices, and enforces policies across every user, team, and region, completing entire workflows unprompted, while a dedicated sourcing specialist reviews AI outputs and steps in for complex negotiations, VIP events, or whenever a human is wanted. Trained on years of event planning data, Planned reports its supplier recommendations are booked far more often than the next best model, and the program compounds: the AI learns from every guest reply, supplier negotiation, and booking decision so each event runs better and cheaper than the last.
