Pickaxe is a no code platform for building, deploying and monetizing custom AI agents, often described as a Shopify for agent powered businesses. In a visual builder, a non technical creator sets an agent's instructions and personality, connects a knowledge base drawn from more than 14 content types including PDFs, websites, Notion, Google Drive and videos with automatic daily syncs and per file context instructions, chooses from more than 50 models across OpenAI and Anthropic with one click switching, and adds Actions that connect to more than 500 integrations such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Google Sheets and custom webhooks. Agents can be routed to specialized sub agents, generate branded PDFs, collect structured data through conversational forms and take real actions in connected tools. Finished agents deploy as a one line website embed, an API, or through email, WhatsApp and Slack, or are packaged into branded Studios and portals with custom domains, user accounts and access groups. Built in monetization lets creators charge through Stripe with subscription, pay per use or one time pricing, per user budgets and paywalls, and white label the whole experience. Pickaxe is a SOC 2 examined platform with enterprise single sign on, data privacy by design and full visibility into AI activity, and ships a command line interface built for AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Cursor to create agents, sync knowledge and deploy without opening the web app. Founded in 2022, it offers a free Starter tier, a Gold plan at twenty nine dollars per month and a Pro plan at ninety seven dollars per month, with usage billed through a transparent credit system.
