GoInsight.AI, from AirDroid maker Sand Studio, is an AI automation and collaboration workbench where teams build visual workflows that combine Agent nodes calling tools, LLM and knowledge retrieval nodes, connectors to CRM, ticketing and ERP systems, and HTTP calls. Workflows pause for human review through interactive forms, run on schedules or by API, and every AI call and run is logged inside a role based workspace.

GoInsight.AI is built by Sand Studio, the Singapore company behind AirDroid, and positions itself between chat assistants such as ChatGPT and engineering led automation such as n8n, which it names as its comparison. Technical builders design workflows, called InsightFlows, and business users run them in one click from a shared workspace where teammates and AI work in the same project context. The marketplace also carries AirDroid Business templates for device onboarding, policy deployment and alert handling.

Workflows come in two kinds: interactive flows that answer in chat and service flows that run in the background as API endpoints or scheduled tasks. The canvas offers LLM, Agent, knowledge retrieval, KnowledgeFocus LLM, question classifier, IF/ELSE, multi branch, iteration, code, HTTP request, tool call, document read and write, interactive form, pause and resume, delay and auto continue nodes, with per node error handling.

The Agent node reasons over an instruction and query, chooses among system tools, app connectors and custom cloud tools, loops up to a set number of iterations, keeps memory per session and logs each round of thinking and tool use, and enterprises can publish their own agent strategies as reusable workflows. Interactive forms let reviewers approve, reject, edit or add information, including from links sent to other channels, before the workflow resumes down the matching branch.

No price list is public: the site offers a free trial and sales contact, and usage draws on a monthly credit balance shown in the usage dashboard. Models come from Azure OpenAI by default plus custom providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Vertex AI, DeepSeek, Qwen, OpenRouter, Cohere and Ollama. Access control assigns Owner, Admin and Member roles, groups with isolated permissions and private files, an Audit Center tracks shared links, API keys and member activity, and data is encrypted with TLS 1.2+ and AES 256; the platform runs in GoInsight's cloud, with self hosting announced but not yet available.

GoInsight.AI fits mid sized companies that want builders and frontline staff working from the same AI workbench, with human review on sensitive steps and usage tracked by team. It fits less well for buyers who need event triggers from outside apps, published pricing, single sign on and certified security, self hosting today, or agents that operate a browser.

Integrations

Built in connectors for Google Workspace, Notion, QuickBooks, Zendesk and hundreds of other apps, plus HTTP request nodes and code for CRM, ticketing, ERP, databases and internal APIs, system tools and custom cloud side tools callable by Agent nodes. Models come from Azure OpenAI and custom providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Vertex AI, DeepSeek, Qwen, Moonshot, Zhipu AI, Cohere, SiliconFlow, Baidu Qianfan, OpenRouter and Ollama. Service flows publish as API endpoints and workflows share as chatbots with IP, password and domain restrictions; MCP server support and n8n workflow wrapping are announced.

In practice

A finance team builds an interactive flow in which an Agent node reads an expense request, checks policy documents through knowledge retrieval, and pauses on an interactive form so a manager can approve, reject or correct the amount before the workflow updates the accounting system over HTTP.

A support operations lead schedules a service flow every morning that pulls new Zendesk tickets through the app connector, has an LLM node classify urgency, and posts a summary to the team workspace where agents can trigger follow up workflows by mentioning them.

An IT team imports an AirDroid Business template from the marketplace, adjusts it to its device groups, and lets field staff run device onboarding from the workspace while the Audit Center records who triggered each run.

Integrations & Tool Calling Full

The Agent node picks from a tool list and calls system tools for data processing and encryption, app tools that reach third party services through built in connectors such as Google Workspace, Notion, QuickBooks and Zendesk, and custom cloud side tools an enterprise builds to reach its own data and services. Workflows also call CRM, ticketing, ERP, databases and internal APIs through HTTP request nodes and Python code nodes, read and write workspace documents, and use credential authorization so connections stay in the platform. MCP server tools and edge side tools are listed as coming soon.

Workflow Orchestration Full

InsightFlows are built on a drag and drop canvas with LLM, Agent, question classifier, IF/ELSE, multi branch selector, branch aggregator, iteration, code, template, variable and tool call nodes, plus parallel paths, state management and an error strategy on every node that can stop, fall back to a default value or jump to an error branch. The Agent node plans and calls tools across multiple rounds up to a maximum iteration count, and enterprises can design and publish their own agent strategies, loop based workflows that decide how an agent uses its tools, then select them in any Agent node.

Knowledge Grounding & RAG Full

Workspace documents form the knowledge base, and the knowledge retrieval node searches only the documents a builder adds to its scope, with a top K setting and a relevance threshold, returning up to 10 citations to downstream nodes.

A KnowledgeFocus LLM node answers from retrieved knowledge, document read, write and delete nodes handle files and personal data inside workflows, and hybrid flows mix RAG pipelines with API steps.

Knowledge arrives by upload into the workspace, and there are no synced connectors that keep an outside document store such as SharePoint or Confluence indexed automatically.

Human Oversight & Guardrails Full

Interactive form nodes pause a workflow at a critical step and show reviewers the AI's summary, variables, images and instructions in fields with validation, so they can approve, reject, correct or add missing information. Form links can go out through other channels for asynchronous approval, and the workflow resumes down a separate branch for submitted, cancelled, timed out or revoked responses. Pause and resume nodes wait for an approval, a duration or a set time, an auto continue node lets runs proceed when no input is needed, and submitted answers become variables for the next steps.

Security, Identity & Governance Partial

Owner, Admin and Member roles, groups with isolated permissions, and per asset permissions decide who can view, edit or run each bot, workflow and knowledge base, while private files stay with their owner even out of an administrator's sight.

An Audit Center shows group managers and administrators every shared chatbot and API access point, with one click disabling, plus members' activity logs, and published workflows can be locked down by IP, password and domain. Data is encrypted with TLS 1.2+ and AES 256 and is not used for model training. Compliance is worded as adherence to GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS and ISO without a named certification, and single sign on is not offered.

Sourcegoinsight.ai/tutorials/access-controlread 2026-10-18

Observability & Auditability Full

Every API call, trigger and workflow node is logged with its inputs and outputs and attributed to the person who triggered it. Agent node logs show each run's input, output, time and tokens and every round of thinking, tool invocation and tool response, along with the reason for any failure. The usage dashboard reports run counts, run success rates, active users, token spend and credit balance by team and process, filtered by trigger source, and the Audit Center keeps members' activity logs, with a separate runtime log module not yet live.

Sourcegoinsight.ai/tutorials/usageread 2026-10-18

Memory & State Persistence Partial

With memory on, an Agent node keeps a configurable window of past interactions so it can follow pronouns and follow up questions, scoped to the session or to the node itself, and larger windows cost more tokens. Variable assigner nodes carry state through a run, pause and resume nodes keep long running workflows alive across hours, and personal data folders hold each user's own files. Long term memory of user preferences or facts across sessions is not offered.

Sourcegoinsight.ai/tutorials/agent-noderead 2026-10-18

Deployment & Data Residency Partial

GoInsight.AI runs as a managed cloud service, and customers can choose the deployment region of the Azure OpenAI models it uses so model processing stays in a selected geography, with data kept out of training. Self hosting inside a customer's own network or hybrid cloud is announced as coming soon and is not yet available, so platform data itself sits in GoInsight's cloud.

Prebuilt Agents / Templates / Packs Full

The Marketplace gathers a team's AI apps, workflows and automations into one reusable catalog with two kinds of content: prompt templates that paste in as LLM or Smart Agent nodes with standard instructions and output formats, and workflow templates, conversational or service based skeletons for common business scenarios imported in one click and adjusted to company systems. A dedicated AirDroid Business section packages device onboarding, grouping, policy deployment, inspection and alert handling flows, and a quick bot builder spins up simple assistants without a workflow.

Triggers & Channel Coverage Partial

Interactive flows start from user input in a chat interface, in the collaboration workspace where people mention a workflow or assistant, through shared chatbot links protected by IP limits, passwords or domain whitelists, and in the mobile app. Service flows run as API endpoints with API keys or as scheduled tasks with a start time, timezone, task type and retry on failure, and the usage dashboard separates runs by workspace, share, API and scheduled task. Triggers from events in outside apps and messaging channels such as Slack or WhatsApp are not part of the platform.

Model Flexibility & Routing Full

Built in system models run on Microsoft Azure OpenAI, and account owners and super administrators switch each system model on or off for the organization. Teams add custom models with their own keys from OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Vertex AI, DeepSeek, Qwen, Moonshot, Zhipu AI, Cohere, SiliconFlow, Baidu Qianfan and OpenRouter, or local models through Ollama, and each LLM or Agent node picks its own model and parameters, guided by an LLM selection guide.

Sourcegoinsight.ai/tutorials/model-managementread 2026-10-18

APIs / SDKs / MCP Extensibility Partial

Service flows publish as API endpoints that outside systems call with API keys, and the Audit Center tracks every key and access point. Builders extend workflows with Python code nodes, HTTP requests, JSON configuration and custom cloud side tools, and can publish their own agent strategies. A management API or SDK for building agents from code is not offered, and MCP server support and wrapping n8n workflows are announced as upcoming.

Sourcegoinsight.ai/tutorials/publishing-a-service-flowread 2026-10-18

Testing, Debugging & Optimization Partial

Interactive and service flows each have an edit and debug mode for running a workflow before publishing, and the Agent node's round by round logs show whether its reasoning and tool use match expectations, with error diagnosis for failed calls. Agent strategies can be built and debugged as templates before they are published. Test datasets, scored evaluations of outputs or comparisons between workflow versions are not offered.

Sourcegoinsight.ai/tutorials/agent-noderead 2026-10-18

Browser / Computer-use Not documented

No node or tool operates a browser or a desktop. Workflows reach outside systems through app connectors, HTTP requests and Python code, and the Agent node chooses among those same tools, so its actions stay inside APIs the builder has wired up. Edge side tools that would run on the user's own machine are still listed as coming soon. A portal without an API or connector therefore stays outside what a GoInsight workflow or agent can act on.
