Ask, now in the Suki for Clinicians app across Epic, Oracle Health, athenahealth and MEDITECH, lets clinicians pull medications, allergies, vitals, lab results and chronic conditions from the chart by voice or text. Clinicians with UpToDate access also get answers grounded only in UpToDate content, with sources and dosing considerations, in the first product integration of Wolters Kluwer's UpToDate Expert AI API.
The assistant moves from writing notes to chart lookup and clinical decision support inside four major EHRs. In early evaluations, clinicians preferred UpToDate answers that drew on Suki's patient context 83% of the time.
Pricing / packaging
Suki launched Suki Dictation, a standalone AI clinical dictation tool that integrates with Epic and MEDITECH electronic health record systems. The offering allows clinicians to dictate and edit documentation by voice and can be deployed independently or alongside Suki's ambient clinical documentation.
Health systems are no longer forced into enterprise-wide documentation bundles to access AI dictation. Buyers can now purchase Suki's dictation software as a standalone replacement for legacy solutions, avoiding redundant product bundles and rigid vendor libraries.
MCP / tool calling / API
Suki released a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that allows AI coding agents like Cursor and Claude Code to directly query its developer documentation. The server exposes search and retrieval tools to pull relevant API references, SDK docs, and configuration requirements into the developer's environment.
Engineering teams integrating Suki's ambient clinical intelligence into their own platforms can now build AI-first workflows more efficiently. By surfacing documentation directly within their IDEs, developers can reduce context switching and accelerate the implementation of Suki's SDKs and APIs.
