Sana is now the Workday Home, an agentic experience that brings tasks, decisions, meetings and agent activity into one view. Employees ask in natural language and Sana orchestrates Workday agents to finish the work, such as approving an expense, processing a leave request or resetting a password, generating forms, calendars and approval cards as needed. The new Home is available now, and business administrators choose when to turn it on and whether to make it the default.
Workday customers get Sana as the entry point for HR, finance and IT actions, with every action following existing Workday permissions and approval processes. Sana Concierge, the HR and IT service agent announced alongside it, stays with early adopters until general availability expected in the first quarter of 2027.
Integrations
Workday announced the general availability of Workday Learning powered by Sana, integrating Sana's AI learning technology with Workday's Human Capital Management platform. The launch introduces a personal AI tutor that coaches learners through concepts in real time, alongside AI authoring tools that convert static files like PDFs and presentations into interactive courses. This Sana-powered version is now the default learning offering for new Workday customers.

The native connection allows organizations to replace fragmented learning management systems and deliver personalized employee training tied to individual roles, skills, and career paths.
