Release v2026.10.14 adds data access controls for Pluvo admins: a member can be granted a whole data source or specific tables, then narrowed by hiding tables or columns or adding a row rule, with a log of recent changes. New non admin members now start with no access to synced data until an admin grants it, while existing members keep their current access. The same release renames Jobs to Agents across the product.
Finance teams can give department heads access without exposing payroll, bank details or other entities, since synced data can now be scoped per person down to the row.

Pluvo updated its Terms of Service to explicitly prohibit the use of customer data and model outputs for training or fine-tuning AI models. The revised terms clarify that customers retain full ownership of their data and the generated analysis. Pluvo also formalized its policies around the use of third-party AI sub-processors and cloud infrastructure.
