Agent capability
In careCycle 2.0 every call opens with a member fact sheet listing policies with their writing agent, appointments with reference codes, open requests and whether anyone acted on them, and summaries of the last eight calls. The assistant can now move or cancel an appointment during the call using the same steps as the operator reschedule and cancel paths, and on the problem calls careCycle tested, repeat notes fell from 14 to 1 and false promises from 33 to 6.
Agencies can let the assistant finish appointment changes on the call instead of routing them to staff, and starting from full member history should mean fewer duplicate requests and unkept callback promises. The figures come from careCycle's own test calls.
Agent capability
careCycle expanded its assistant's plan data to every US county across Medicare Advantage and PDP plan types. Its rebuilt lookup pipeline delivers benefit answers in two seconds, down from 6.5 seconds, according to the release note. The same release lets Pulse routing use custom fields and customer assignment use customer tags.
Agencies serving multiple regions can assess the assistant against a broader range of member plans and reduce pauses during benefit conversations. Custom routing criteria also let teams reflect their own service assignments without relying only on standard customer attributes.
Agent capability
careCycle introduced Assembly, a new campaign workspace for configuring AI employees. The feature allows users to query current configurations, review call performance, and prepare changes via a guided conversation, complete with full version control for tracking and restoring previous setups.
This provides administrators with greater control and visibility over their AI agents' behavior. The built-in version history ensures teams can safely iterate on campaign configurations and easily roll back if needed.
