Metorial
Also known as: Metorial Connect, Metorial Platform
Open source MCP integration platform and access control plane that connects any AI model to 1,000+ tools with serverless hosting, unified auth, RBAC, and audit logs.
Metorial is an open source MCP integration platform, or control plane, for agent access to external systems. It sits between agents and integrations and standardizes authentication, permissions, and observability so teams stop wiring integrations ad hoc. Developers connect an AI model to more than 1,000 verified integrations with a single function call or a single Magic MCP URL, and Metorial handles OAuth and token lifecycle, RBAC, SAML SSO, and IAM, scoped permissions per agent and environment, and audit logs recording which agent acted with whose credentials. Its serverless hibernation technology starts MCP servers in under a second and stops them when idle, so hosted usage is billed per request rather than for idle connections, and the open source core can be self hosted via Docker or Kubernetes. It ships Python and TypeScript SDKs, full API access, a dashboard with an embedded MCP Explorer for testing servers, and a skills layer for defining what agents can do. Founded in 2025 and part of Y Combinator's Fall 2025 batch.

Pricing
Free to start; usage based per request
Usage based per request for the hosted platform, or self hosted on your own infrastructure; enterprise controls on higher tiers.
Cost watchouts
Per request billing can grow with high agent tool call volume; self hosting trades license cost for infrastructure and maintenance.
Variable cost rationale
Hosted pricing is usage based per request (execution time and memory), so cost tracks agent tool call volume directly; self hosting the open source core shifts cost to infrastructure instead.
Sales call required
No — self-serve available
Free / trial
Free to start; open source core is self hostable at no license cost.
Lowest paid plan
Usage based, free to start; exact per request rates not retrieved this session.
Key ambiguities
Pricing is usage based per request with a free start; exact per request rates were not retrieved this session. Some third party directories cite security certifications (SOC 2, HIPAA) not confirmed on Metorial's own sources.
