It bundles durable functions that checkpoint every step and can resume for up to a year, branchable Postgres with vector search, auth, storage and messaging, plus queues and optional human approvals for coordinating several agents.
Teams that piece together agent runtime, state, auth and scheduling from several providers get one foundation, from a vendor many already use for API governance. Kong says sandboxed compute will follow.
