Agent capability
AI Employees from Kognitos are agents assigned to 61 finance and banking roles such as AP Specialist, Reconciliation Accountant and KYC & Onboarding Analyst, backed by a library of 515 standard operating procedures. Each role has defined limits on what it may do without human approval and never adds a step that is not in its approved SOP. A builder agent, Quill, drafts new SOPs in plain English from a team's systems and recent transactions, and nothing is published until a person approves it.
Finance teams get agents whose steps are fixed by an approved procedure, with a run journal an auditor can read, which answers the audit objection to agents that choose steps as they go. AI Employees are in preview for Kognitos customers, so confirm which roles are ready for production use.
Memory / state
Kognitos launched Context Graph for Finance, a new foundation paired with specialized AI agents for accounting operations. Initially available for accounts payable, the graph encodes organizational structures such as vendors, invoices, and approval hierarchies to enable deterministic execution.
Finance leaders can automate complex workflows with full traceability and audit trails without relying on probabilistic guessing. The system captures tribal process knowledge and allows business rules to be updated without retraining models, ensuring strict human control over financial operations.

The Agentic Index change log records 1648 verified updates across agentic AI platforms, updated weekly, covering new agent capabilities, MCP and tool calling changes, memory, human approval controls, observability, deployment options, pricing and funding. Filter the change log by vendor, or open that vendor's profile page, where the same verified entries appear alongside its capability coverage across the 14 point Agentic Index taxonomy.
Where can I find a single feed of agentic AI platform updates?
This page is that feed. Agentic Index reviews vendor blogs, changelogs, documentation and press materials every week and files what materially changed, so keeping up with changes to AI agent platforms is one page rather than several hundred. Entries are filterable by vendor, change type, impact level and verification status, and each one carries the evidence basis it was graded from.
