Agent capability
Updated German and French speech to text models, including the Swiss variants, are now available from Corti. Measured on 10 German and 6 French datasets with the method from Corti's May 2026 benchmark paper, word error rate fell 18.75% for German and 10.46% for French relative to the previous models, and medical term recall rose 4.35% and 5.23%.
Dictation and ambient documentation in German and French speaking markets should see fewer errors on medical terms. The figures are Corti's own relative measurements, so buyers should still test on their own audio.
Human approval / guardrails
Corti updated Guided Generation to pass user edited, added, and discarded facts with explicit type metadata. User edits now take precedence over conflicting transcript content, and discarded facts are excluded from generated notes. User added facts and system supplied context also receive explicit priority.
Clinical application teams should test correction and deletion workflows against this release, especially where generated notes previously reintroduced rejected transcript details.
Deployment / data residency
Corti partnered with the Danish Center for AI Innovation to launch a Sovereign AI Control Layer for European enterprises. Trifork was announced as the first implementation partner for this new infrastructure.
European healthcare organizations can now deploy Corti's AI agents while maintaining strict data sovereignty and compliance with local regulations. This provides a localized infrastructure option for enterprises with strict data residency requirements.

Common questions
How do I keep up with changes to AI agent platforms?
Read one maintained change log instead of tracking each vendor's release notes separately. The Agentic Index change log records 1648 verified updates across agentic AI platforms, updated weekly, covering new agent capabilities, MCP and tool calling changes, memory, human approval controls, observability, deployment options, pricing and funding. How do I track changes for one specific AI agent vendor?
Filter the change log by vendor, or open that vendor's profile page, where the same verified entries appear alongside its capability coverage across the 14 point Agentic Index taxonomy.
Where can I find a single feed of agentic AI platform updates?
This page is that feed. Agentic Index reviews vendor blogs, changelogs, documentation and press materials every week and files what materially changed, so keeping up with changes to AI agent platforms is one page rather than several hundred. Entries are filterable by vendor, change type, impact level and verification status, and each one carries the evidence basis it was graded from. The same entries are published as a free RSS feed at agenticindex.io/feeds/changes.xml, with one feed per ranking category listed at agenticindex.io/use-this-data.
