Human approval / guardrails
Gamebook approvers must now be people from the workspace or the managing organization, and AI agents and service accounts can no longer approve. Each approver is saved with a current email address, and a workspace's approver and notification settings can be viewed only by people working in it and changed only by its Owners.
MSSPs that let agents propose response actions get assurance that a named person, not another agent or an API credential, signs off on approval gated runs, which matters for audits and customer accountability.
Observability / auditability
ContraForce added email alerts when an agent investigation assigns an incident a malicious score at or above a configured threshold. Teams can choose recipients, change the default threshold of 80, and restrict alerts to selected incident severities. Each incident generates at most one such email even if the agent investigates it again.
Security teams can route potentially serious agent findings to people without continuously watching the portal. They should validate recipient delivery and set thresholds against their own triage workload to keep the alerts useful.
Observability / auditability
ContraForce expanded its audit trail to cover Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and security rule changes. The SOP Center now features a dedicated Audit tab that records the creation, updating, deletion, and linking of SOPs, as well as the enabling or disabling of security rules.
Security teams and MSSPs can now maintain strict governance over their automated response procedures. This visibility ensures that any modifications to critical security rules or SOPs are fully tracked and attributable to specific users.

Common questions
How do I keep up with changes to AI agent platforms?
Read one maintained change log instead of tracking each vendor's release notes separately. The Agentic Index change log records 1648 verified updates across agentic AI platforms, updated weekly, covering new agent capabilities, MCP and tool calling changes, memory, human approval controls, observability, deployment options, pricing and funding. Every entry names the vendor, the date, the change type and an impact level, and links to that vendor's profile.
How often is the agentic AI change log updated?
Weekly. The most recent update was Oct 21, 2026, covering Equal AI, Kognitos, Findem.
How do I track changes for one specific AI agent vendor?
Filter the change log by vendor, or open that vendor's profile page, where the same verified entries appear alongside its capability coverage across the 14 point Agentic Index taxonomy.
Where can I find a single feed of agentic AI platform updates?
This page is that feed. Agentic Index reviews vendor blogs, changelogs, documentation and press materials every week and files what materially changed, so keeping up with changes to AI agent platforms is one page rather than several hundred. Entries are filterable by vendor, change type, impact level and verification status, and each one carries the evidence basis it was graded from. The same entries are published as a free RSS feed at agenticindex.io/feeds/changes.xml, with one feed per ranking category listed at agenticindex.io/use-this-data.
