Agent capability
AI Assist, a new assistant for service desk agents and admins that replaces Agent Assist, opens beside the current page and can rank a queue, find the failed automation step blocking a ticket, draft replies, write and fix Code Library scripts, design custom objects, configure AI coworkers and build workflows in code from a plain language request. It acts with the user's own role permissions, logs changes under the user's name, and asks before publishing, deleting, bulk updates or running a script.
Platform setup that once needed an experienced admin can be handed to an agent bound by the user's permissions. Instructions in tickets are ignored, which addresses prompt injection through support requests.
Agent capability
Atom can now create service requests directly from a conversation, carrying the conversation's context into the request. Users describe their need and Atom submits the request on their behalf, removing the separate manual form submission step.

Integrations
Atomicwork released a consolidated platform update featuring the ability to sync a single user profile from multiple identity and HR sources. The update also includes bulk CSV imports for custom objects, enhanced audit logs with time-based filtering and CSV exports, and improved ticket visibility for agents.
Enterprise IT teams can now maintain accurate employee profiles even when identity data is fragmented across systems like Azure AD and Workday. The addition of custom object imports and robust audit logging further supports complex data modeling and compliance requirements.
Integrations
Atomicwork updated its integration pages to include a sync log, a manual sync trigger, and a status footer. Users can now view the history of previous syncs, initiate on-demand syncs, and monitor current sync health directly from the integration interface.
This enhancement simplifies the administration of third-party connections by allowing IT teams to immediately identify and resolve data synchronization errors without navigating through separate menus.
