MCP / tool calling / API
Version 3 of the Actively API is live. The Assistant now returns a parsed object alongside its prose answer, every response carries a trace of what the agent did and a run ID, and new calls stop a cross account search, refresh a saved view on demand and list what an account's memory holds before fetching it. Version 2 keeps serving until December 6, 2026.
Teams building on Actively get output their code can act on and a record of each agent run for debugging, and integrations still on version 2 need to move before the December cutoff.
Agent capability
Actively AI now feeds web intent signals from a company's own website into its agents, which factor buying signals into account research.
First party intent data is more reliable than third party signals, and it is data the buyer already owns. Check how the agent explains why an account was prioritized.
MCP / tool calling / API
Actively AI released Actively MCP, a Model Context Protocol server that connects its Per-Account Agents directly to external AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Cowork. This integration allows custom agents to access real-time account research, strategy, and persistent memory without requiring manual context setting.
Sales and revenue teams can now surface Actively's deep account intelligence directly within the conversational AI interfaces their reps already use daily. This reduces context switching and ensures that AI-generated outreach or strategy is grounded in the most up-to-date account data.

Common questions
How do I keep up with changes to AI agent platforms?
Read one maintained change log instead of tracking each vendor's release notes separately. The Agentic Index change log records 1648 verified updates across agentic AI platforms, updated weekly, covering new agent capabilities, MCP and tool calling changes, memory, human approval controls, observability, deployment options, pricing and funding. Filter the change log by vendor, or open that vendor's profile page, where the same verified entries appear alongside its capability coverage across the 14 point Agentic Index taxonomy.
Where can I find a single feed of agentic AI platform updates?
This page is that feed. Agentic Index reviews vendor blogs, changelogs, documentation and press materials every week and files what materially changed, so keeping up with changes to AI agent platforms is one page rather than several hundred. Entries are filterable by vendor, change type, impact level and verification status, and each one carries the evidence basis it was graded from. The same entries are published as a free RSS feed at agenticindex.io/feeds/changes.xml, with one feed per ranking category listed at agenticindex.io/use-this-data.
