Harness
Harness AI SRE is a human aware change agent with an AI Scribe that captures Slack, Teams and Zoom signals and correlates them with system changes across the Harness DevOps platform.
Harness AI SRE is the incident response module of the Harness AI Software Delivery Platform. Two agents work together during an incident: the AI Scribe listens across Slack, Teams and Zoom to capture decisions, actions and timelines, and the RCA Change Agent, also called the Human-Aware Change Agent, reads that timeline and correlates it with change intelligence from the Software Delivery Knowledge Graph, deployments, pull requests, feature flags, configuration and infrastructure, to surface evidence-backed root cause hypotheses with confidence scores. One-click automation runbooks chain remediation actions such as rolling back, scaling out, toggling a feature flag, posting to Slack or opening a Jira ticket. Harness AI SRE relies on external tools such as Datadog and New Relic for observability telemetry rather than collecting its own. Harness has more than 1,000 customers.
