Agentic Index

Corellium vs Veecle (2026)

Both give a coding agent a virtual chip to run firmware on, and they come at it from opposite ends. That verdict is the Agentic Index coverage score, graded from each vendor's own published materials.

Corellium is the established platform: virtual Arm boards modeled to the memory map, from Raspberry Pi to the NXP i.MX93 and STM32U5, driven through a published REST API with Python, JavaScript and TypeScript clients, with shareable snapshots, sign in through your identity provider and an on premises appliance, billed at $0.50 per core hour. Veecle's Chiplab is built only for agents: a hosted MCP server with two tools that runs an ELF on a chip accurate STM32 or Nordic nRF52 and hands back console output and fault diagnostics, free within a daily credit pool. Choose Corellium for breadth and control across a team, and Chiplab for the shortest path from a coding agent to a running microcontroller.

This comparison is published by Agentic Index, an independent agentic AI vendor research platform. Corellium and Veecle are each graded against the same 14 capability Agentic Index taxonomy, from the vendor's own public materials under the Agentic Index verification standard, alongside 955 researched vendors. No vendor pays for placement and no vendor has reviewed this page. How this evidence is graded

Choose Corellium if

  • Your targets are application class Arm boards or automotive parts such as the i.MX93 or S32K, not only small microcontrollers.
  • Scripts, CI and agents should all drive the same published REST API, with Python, JavaScript and TypeScript clients and a CLI.
  • You need sign in through your own SAML or OpenID Connect provider, project roles and an on premises appliance.
  • Live snapshots that keep a device's memory, shared across teams, would save setup time on every run.

Choose Veecle if

  • Your agent works in Cursor, Claude Code or Codex and should test firmware with nothing more to set up than an MCP server.
  • Your firmware targets STM32 or Nordic nRF52, with ready examples in bare metal and Embassy Rust, Zephyr, FreeRTOS and ThreadX.
  • A free pool of 1,000 credits a day covers the experiments you are running today.
  • The agent should be able to ask about a chip fault and get an answer drawn from behavior seen across many runs.

Cellebrite has owned Corellium since December 2025, and its product pages now sit on cellebrite.com; Corellium's MCP servers have no public endpoint or tool list yet. Chiplab is in beta: paid credits are announced but not live, and its test tool with pass or fail results is still in progress.
